This was Mukul Rohtagi strategy for today. Unrelate the case from all controversies that were floating around. The rejoinder before the case was for this purpose only. His strategy is 80% bound to work.

Chats are eventually always leaked be it Arnab case or other cases. Somehow some gets through them.

Didn't meant that, I meant that one session , the whole one hearing taking hours , I guess these are long coz they are like dozen of lawyers on each side , I am pretty sure our courts would be hearing common man plea arguments for this long.😆

What I am surprised at here is despite shahrukh khan being media savvy has surrounded himself with fools who have no touch with ground realities. Wankhede and the family fought back all that nuisance on the front foot whereas shahrukh khan used idiots like nawab malik and asked Suhana to endorse his views indirectly. The desperation had reached peak level but in the end they had to bend down backwards and retract the accusations in front of judges.

I cant even fathom how much Sameer Wankhede must be going on and his family. All that slander and mudslinging. I hope people who did that would have some shame today. Not once once but twice at this point Aryan team have given clean chit to Sameer. I feel so sorry for him damn yr. More power to him.

What would be Pooja Dadlani's locus standi after Aryan's legal team's confession, Zeal???

If allegations against Wankhede stand ground, it will also mean that Shahrukh bribed the NCB Officer to exonerate his son. If allegations against Wankhede are proved to be false, well, it would not only weaken Aryan's case further but it will send a message that SRK and his people were trying to derail NCB's investigation on international drug syndicate. It is only SRK who will lose his reputation and credibility.

The lawyers saw no merit in basing their defense over this controversy!!!

I knew when this affidavit came out. It gonna backfire Badly but the fans were rejoicing and slandering Sameer and NCB.. There were so many flaws in this and the questions we had put out in this thread all made sense on why Aryan lawyer team didn't use it in court

I highly doubt common man hearing going this long. lol But it depends on lawyers on both sides too.

These are topmost lawyers..ek se bad kar ek naam hai aur uppar se Sharukh ne army khadi krdi lawyers ki.

He should have played half-Muslim and belonging to scheduled cast cards as soon as he arrested Aryan Khan.

Would have saved him all the unnecessary mudslinging and vitriol from the political dispensation.

I wonder why he and his team didn't fake plant drugs on Aryan Khan but kept on reiterating that no seizure was made from him.

However, I'm thankful to Nawab Malik for bringing Wankhede's credentials to the fore..

They have disassociated completely. Which means they don't attest to anything said in that affidavit.

For now go with Pooja meeting Gosavi fake and that Witness is sold out( By Nawab Malik not SRK team)

But as a counter lets believe witness is saying true then Aryan case is in a mess with his Lawyers giving out Rejoinder today.

as per B&B, ASG & team arrived court in time and waited till item no.57 (Aryan bail matter ) called out.

Aryan's Lawyer Mukul Rohatgi & team put their arguments and points infront of court for 2 hrs approx.

Judge asked Aryan's Lawyer Desai 'how much time he will take?' (to conclude?)

Desai: I will take 45 minutes

ASG: I will also take 45 minutes (it's the only comment he made in the court today)

Then HC adjourned Aryan bail plea till tomorrow.

but still ASG ko gaali padh raha hai for adjournment. are they expecting ASG to say 'I don't need any time, bas yahan tamasha dekhne aaya hoon. kyunki mujhe koi kaam waam nahi'?

Do you see how he had so many ways to fck Aryan but instead they always maintained Aryan had no drugs.

Arrey the first day they NCB applied ONLY bailable offences but requested Court for give time investigation they have something to look into PRIMA FACIE. Never at any point he gave their verdict always under investigation. Why is it Wankhede fault that people in media and Social media declare their verdict before court?

One of the ridiculous theory I read last night was that Wankhede brought it upon himself. For what doing his job? People are so dense. I don't even wanna waste my time discussing anymore the theories put out by delusional people.
