JasFa wedding

Hi guys, so i had a doubt since jasmin convinced Fateh for shadi. they might do a simple gurudwara wedding. so after their wedding somehow tejo is able to prove jass & her marriage is invalid because he was previously married to jasmin's friend. Then what is the legality of Jasfa marriage? tejo fateh divorce is still not finalized right
