Added later: I get so irritated adn worked up when I have to interview just 1 or 2 for our teams. I can't imagine interviewing so many in such a short time. I dont know how you do it!🤔

Thankfully, since these are admission interviews, they are only taken by faculty members, not mere mortals like us! I do the co-ordination with clients and ensure things are in place, since it is my neck on teh line if a single thing goes wrong...sometime I feel it is better to do a task, rather than managing people to do it well

But I agree, interviewing is a tedious process, I also don't particularly enjoy it while doing it for the team
