I get your point.

Pallavi is equally at fault here for Raghav breaking promises. If she haven't interrupted in his personal life and business matters Raghav would have never made those promises. If he didn't make those promises he would have never break it.

People don't't want hug of Raghvi. People were angry because the way Raghav was dismissing advantages of Pallavi he was doing the opposite of that with Esha. Hope ye baat aap ko samajh aai nahi aai tho forget it.
