A friend’s uncle had to spend the night in a cell quite recently (for being drunk/disorderly) but he suffers from deeper mental health issues. Anyway, point being, said friend went to pick him up from the cell the day after and said the whole place stank really bad, and other than the foul smell, the conditions were pretty bad. Now I dread to think what Arthur Road would be like!

I like Malpua but this (Arsa) is lot tastier, maybe because we eat this only once a year! ..Also jaggery!
