Let's see.. Raghav did the following :

1) grab his exs hand to pull her away from her ex husband.

2) blew on her wound, all up close to her face.

3) had an eyelock with her during this time as well - mind you all of this is being shown with sentimental BGM music.

4) gives in to his ex's request to drink.

5) sits on the bed with her, right next to her, as she's drinking

6) sees her walk towards him and aim for a hug and doesn't back away (prob least offensive thing he did bc it's hard to push people off like that).
