If its a ranking based on how much you were seen and/or contributed towards it during the first week of its airing, then I believe it even less because Miesha hasn't done much that warrants a ranking higher than kundra or Shamita or the rest.
It is based on Footage, means how much CONTESTANT SEEN IN TV.
