I agree with this.

Only raavi can clear his insecurity and no one else.the family can tell him over a hundred times that he is a heera but it won't have the same impact that raavi's one line of assurance will have.

Rishita can support him, make him feel good for some moments,give his confidence a boost but thats it.

Shiva was confident in his skin and didn't give a damn about what people thought before the Sneha kaand.

He feels less in comparison to raavi, he feels that he is a mismatch for raavi.i don't think he thinks that he is unworthy of love, or not suitable for any other girl.the shop scene with the customer and his scene with rakhi means that he did have girls attention, girls did have a crush on him.so the only person who can drive away his insecurity is raavi who is the cause of this as you rightly said.

Agreed. Raavi has to be the one to say that she likes him and wants him just the way he is. It would be even better if she references the haveli conversation.
