Why does he need to stay in police custody /NCB remand for investigation ?

So apparently they’ve kept him till Thursday to examine his phone chats. Even for one hot second if I believe he’s innocent/being framed/insert other conspiracy theories mentioned in thread so far, I’m sure there will be at least some drug related chat on his device.

The lawyer isn't denying that Aryan was on the ship. Why are people putting fake news here that Aryan wasn't even on the ship?

all the fiction that it was a set up by Modiji n NCB goes to the winds. Aryan was a regular drug addict as per his chats and his friend had the possession of drugs which they admitted. So, it was not "planted" by NCB.

What exactly is the ground for custody?

This is from official court proceedings. Yet there are some here who claim this is all kosher. 😆

You should read correctly first.

Aryan and Arbaaz were arrested from the dock itself. They were not on the ship yet. They found 5 grams of weed on Arbaaz and nothing on Aryan but still arrested him.

Then they went on the ship and arrested other people (no connection to Aryan and Arbaaz, they don't even know them) and claimed Aryan can be arrested as part of the "ship drug bust" without any drugs or consumption by him and without him actually even being on the ship.

I know some people just enjoy stuff like this but you won't like it if spurious fake charges are put on your friends and family. The more you enjoy this, the more this has a chance to happen to others too.

there was news reports that he had confessed to taking drugs for 4 years and today, there was whatsapp chats by ASG n some were of june 2020
