... that song was so darn cheesy, I burst out laughing until there was this sudden gush of air that blew his hair ever so slightly and I was a goner! romance is Anuj/Gaurav’s forte and me being a sucker for it was totally blown away with their adorable kitchen chronicles... the dream was super cute and by now I was humming the song I didn’t know before❤️😳 and when he said aah masale! I was like 👏 to the writers for making their point but thenI was like halwa bana rahe hai ya achaar, what masale is he talking about yaar?🤣

All in all I wasn’t as disappointed as I thought I’d be with the ME. It wasn’t that bad and I’d rather not talk of the negatives here, there shall be another post for that later.

Once the fan turned on - I was like “aaah here we gooooo - dreamland tyme”. Honestly, the daydreams he has are so innocent and cute .. it definitely has that dreamy-feeling of a crush. Sometimes, during my undergrad days, I’d imagine spending time doing regular things with the person who caught my eye. I also like how natural and organic they are with each other outside of his visions.

I knew the card would cause drama .. the way it was written made it seem like Anu and Anuj were married “Anupamaa & Anuj Kapadia” 😂 So many things to rub Baa & V wrong 🙄

Also, I totally understand Anuj’s commentary of Anupamaa being a queen .. a repressed one who’s slowly realizing her own worth .. but I hope the day comes where he realizes his missed opportunity isn’t the impetus for her life ending up the way it did. It impacted his life (and her life would have been different for obv reasons) but what Anupamaa needed to learn from the Shahs was written in her destiny. Her eventual growth from the young and naive adult she had stagnantly stayed as for 25 years thankfully occurred. I’m all for her discovering a truly fulfilling life at 40+ and a mature adult romance.

&&, yes, he looks amazing in casual dress 🤤 (I always thought angry young man was hot but Anuj Kapadia is 😍 def husband material)
