These kinda vile messages have existed from the beginning for all three actors from all kinds of fans. But no only Ayesha should be responsible for handling her fans behavior and telling them not to bash her respective co stars. But it is not the responsibility of the offscreen couple to tell their fans to stop bashing Ayesha. You know what Ayesha doesn't need anyone's support, she's a level headed girl she can handle her self.

Sad the media never picks up on such hate directed towards her, why don't the media go ask either Neil or Aishwarya why 'some' of your fans seem to give Ayesha a lot of hate for portraying an onscreen character? It works both ways right?
