Lol loves her ? Just because someone else is giving her love and respect. It's not love just plain jealously that someone whom he thot would serve him all life is now no more available. The makers can't justify love from his side after showing all the crap before.

All they can the least show he is happy for anupamaa and let her move on. That can show a bit of positivity from him.

V loves himself so we all know anything coming from his mouth is BS. One day he may be happy for her but that won't be for a long time cause show needs drama
