All the teams have a young players getting chance and doing well.

It looks like DC is young team bcoz of 3 young Indian players otherwise it isn't like that.

If u see the other teams too, all have their set of young Indian talent just not getting looked on much due to big names in the team. Which is not same with these 2 teams, that why it looks like that they give more chances to young talent.
