Also, both the situations are different. Delaying divorce with explanation that is expected from Malini and Date rape are two different things. Divorce proceedings can be started again but if someone is accused of serious crime like date rape , then that trauma cant be reversed.

As much as I am disappointed and irritated from Adi's reaction, its mainly because this track has been dragged for so long. Otherwise I see nothing wrong in his stand. ST in her SBS interview yesterday said that Imlie didnt think that BS could be trapped for bigamy in this case. Imlie is impulsive and she doesn't think through. Even when she had locked Nishvi in a room, she herself said that she didn't think of negative consequence.

Also, Adi blamed Malini during BBC but that proved to be wrong. Imlie's halwa claim was also proved false. So that is also playing a part.

it is not about trusting distrusting imlie, it is about what he saw n he happened. uske hisab se imlie ko galad fami ho rahee hain baar bar aur sabud v nei toh in what basis he will think himself free. and for this case Adi's fam has to be sufferer equally n which is happening . aparna , radha, bade kaka kay liye no mercy but pankaj ji , nishant, rupi all r facing these , baat pura fam ka hain.. from his side he is correct cos uske bajase pura parivaar bhugat raha hain.. imlie bass case hi kiaa but sabud nei tha uskaa..isiliye he blamed her decision.

See I get you Juvvi. But think of this - when this entire drugging incident came out, we assumed the worst, but these people seem to have handled it much better than at least I expected. I had thought it would be a cringe fest, but surprisingly they have handled it quite well, with lovely throwbacks and beautiful acting. More than GM and ST, we got characters like NN and KC making their presence felt and overall they seem to have taken this trope to address a very serious issue of consent and victim shaming.

I am also postive that whatever way the makers go, they will not destroy the core of ADI and Imlie's characters. Despite being an ostrich, Adi has never even once wavered in his stand or his innate honesty. That gives the hope that no matter what direction the story goes, Adi and Imlie will emerge stronger and winners at the end - coz kuch be kaho, Imlie is sitara bahu, she cannot keep losing against the vilian all the time. She needs a win to keep the TRP viewers hooked, so we should get something by next week.

Thing is he himself dont knw what happened, malini saying she was in nasha he belived..

Imlie saying malini did it he not gave thought on it..

If she is wrong he can scold her but baat yaha pe usko khudko pata nahi kya sach hai tab apni patni se jyada kisi aur pe barosha karna mere samaj me nahi atha.

Loved that even in all this Adi's words were very clear - pati patni ke beech main koi aur na hi bole - see that is what is always special about Adi and Imlie's relationship. The guy will lash out at Imlie if he feels her actions are going to hurt her in the long run, which was what happened here as well. Just him asking her to apologise does not mean Imlie will - but the best part is that both sides will still understand the point the other is making without making it an ego issue.

I think honestly that he was upset and just maybe u may not agree but him lashing out at imlie is more to do with his frustration that everything is backfiring and in all this only imlie is getting more and more dejected and insulted. I don’t know what u mean by imlie getting hurt in the long run… physically u mean? I don’t think he is thinking that

I think It again stems form his feeling of helplessness and of course again guilt and responsibility. Ac got one thing right that adI never shirks from responsibility and eventhough he can’t remember a single thing he feels like it should be his fault. He is the one everyone in the family comes to to solve problems so how can he be the one causing this much problem and shame for everyone.

This feeling is not allowing him to absolve his responsibility and Didi keeps playing on his goodness and responsibility and guilt and imlie keeps pushing and I honestly think he feels lachar. he wants to believe imlie and when her efforts fail it’s like confirming his guilt. I don’t think he gave two hoots to Didi threat about her mother.

as for the pati patani beech statement I feel that for them they only sort out their problems themselves and makes the other see their view with bs bulldozing and imlie with her sweetnesses. Bs is a typical guy sometimes that he is always right until his jhalli turns on the charm and he becomes a laddo 😁😁

Right now he is extremely frustrated cos these two hot headed ppl are not backing down from each other decision and seeing this I think he will explode or breakdown and as usual he will take it out on imlie especially when the pregnancy card is played . She will of course swallow and bear it and not give up . They are not doing the one thing they need to do which is vocalise this incident to each other which would make it even more real.
