I think it's just a one-off episode to promote The Empire. Hotstar must have paid KJo to do one episode. That's why they gave it a different name - Koffee Shots instead of KwK.

I joined this forum because of koffee with karan excited to watch it. I don’t watch empire

I just sometimes feel karan johar really deserves kangana and vice versa
