Vidya Balan in Sajid Khan's Housefull
Sajid Khan has decided to cast his Heyy Babyy heroine Vidya Balan as the third lead of Housefull which also stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Jiah Khan and Deepika Padukone.
Speaking about the actress, Sajid says, "She is a wonderful person and it was a delight to direct her during Heyy Babyy. She is a thorough professional and I love to work with professionals but she also has another film and my shooting dates are clashing with it so let's see. She has liked the script very much. It is an interesting character."
About all the noise around Vidya's costume in Heyy Babyy, he says, "I really don't want to comment but this time I will make sure that there won't be any hype around her costumes."
Asked about the storyline of Housefull, the comedian-turned-director reveals, "The film will revolve around Akshay Kumar and his three ladies - Deepika Padukone, Jiah Khan and Vidya Balan. It will be a romantic comedy based in New York and will be different from Heyy Babyy. I will tentatively start shooting around October end."
Vidya Balan will also be seen in Aziz Mirza's Kismet Connection with Shahid Kapoor which will be releasing in mid June 2008.
