You try to persuade/negotiate, when that doesn't work - you try to use your wealth (metaphorically), if even that fails, you try to punish (calling for war, isolate the enemy) & final step is to exploit the other's weakness -> basically its like a war-call. I do get tiny miny feeling that they won't, but seeing their obsession of copying every single word from KD and even adding extras, I get shit scared.

No probs at all. We use the quote too very often & also "andite kallu, andaka pote juttu" - to describe some person - who comes to you when they are in need & ignores you when its your turn.

Yes we do use this too but not very often from where I come from. Have heard this mostly in movies 😆
