I told both my mother and MIL that I will not be wearing it as I was not comfortable of showing a red mark on my forehead. My sister wears it, my mother used to she stopped after my Dad’s death. So never understood this Sindoor wearing which IMO should be a personal choice. If Raavi removed it, so be it why force her to wear it again😕

It's an itv thing lol sindoor is used as a symbol and also as a plot point khoon baari maang accidental sindoor shaadi and sindoor on girl equals married lol obviously in real life its different its the person's personal preference lol in my culture there is no symbol of marriage lol my parents don't even wear their engagement rings they stopped in the early years of marriage dad doesn't like jewelry and mom got better rings lol

ITV has made these symbols of marriage as part of symbolism and signs of destiny for a couple in storytelling lol for shivi all marriage symbols have some destiny symbolism hence everytime they do some religious act as a couple or shiva putting sindoor those religious chants play in bg lol

I don’t think in real life the girls do any of these. Some of them don’t have any nishani until they say themselves they are married. ITV is definitely living in their own Lala land😕

Mostly this generation people is not bothered abt wearing sindoor and all much..but not all though..some people do like wearing it..my mom used to say when she had to stay with my dad in bihar for some years, friends used to ask her to wear sindoor whenever she goes outside so that other men won't evetease..its as if married women are respected .and if no sindoor then no respect..sindoor is very important in Northern regions.. I dnt think she will avoid wearing unless divorce is approved or something wrong happens to shiva..

In older shows it wasn't like that but since ekta started her cult dramas religious symbolism has become this OTT thing and marriage symbols are a big plot point too. Maybe it's her own personal preference but the religious pushing agenda has really messed up people's perceptions on real life.

True! I have never seen any of this in the 80s and 90s shows. Shows back then used to be completely different and each one was a different genre and religion and rituals was never brought into it.

Then what was the need for the dialogue and the scene where she will remove his nishani😕 again I blame bad writing.

This happens in all shows across channels even when couple is divorcing the gal never removes them till the last minute lol its like hold on to last hope to save marriage lol only when it's a plot point do they mention it otherwise no one questions it unless to create drama or cause reflection. Ps is following typical itv writing nothing new here.

Will she tell him she is sorry for calling him names as he tells her he is sorry for telling her to go to her friends? Will she tell him she is sorry for slappinv him as he tells her he is sorry for pushing her away? Will she tell him sorry for not defending him to her friends when he tells her he is sorry for not speaking to her about his concerns?

In a marriage there is a need of two. Only one cannot complete it.

She may not apologize per se but I am sure these things will automatically change with shivas good behavior.... She will evolve on her own. While Shiva needs a proper redemption and major realization ..about everything literally 🤯
