The show is also airing in Malaysia.

It is airing across many languages and channels. I REALLY doubt they will shut down a show that has such popularity.

It's not going off air. These news articles are posting random speculations and passing it off as news. And there's no way Thapki 2 will take 8:30 time slot as their PH already has a show at that time. No PH puts themselves in competition with their own shows.

Right now at 3:30-6:30 PM slot Thapki rerun gets over 1+ trps on average, so they won't risk it and will give Thapki 2 6pm.
