What is the point in Children have their right , they love both parents !
What about it?
😅😅😅
Don’t think only in Sona’s prospectives think about children’s shoes too, Devakshi brought then to the world now argue , fight or discuss settle things !
🤷🏻♀️
I used to think from both Dev & Sona's perspective pre leap in the 1st season. I loved the pre leap Dev with all his flaws. But I can no longer find excuses for the mamma's boy Dev. The day he takes a stand for himself first & then for his wife & children & learns to distinguish between right & wrong when it comes to his mother, I will be the first person to cheer & respect him. As of now he doesn't deserve Sona.
In an ideal world, children are the happiest when they have the perfect family with them living happily with both their parents. But in reality, sometimes children are better off in a happier environment with a single parent rather than staying in an unhealthy environment wherein parents have irreconcilable differences, are not compatible, have bitter fights every day resulting in affecting the mental & emotional well being of their children.
In case of Devakshi they love each other but there is no respect or even communication between them. Dev doesn't seem to value & respect her opinions whereas Sona seems to be losing respect for Dev as he can never stand for himself & his family when it comes to his mother's wishes nor does he ever support her or stand by or with her. Her tolerance level has almost been reached & she has reached a stage where she finds herself at crossroads where if Dev is not sensitive enough to her feelings or isn't supportive of her as his life partner, she might be triggered into taking. a road which will lead her away from him. Being separated doesn't mean that the kids will never see Dev. They could have the joint custody of their children and/ or visitation rights can be amicably worked out between the two. They can even have joint outings & holidays together. This way the children will not lose out on either of their parents' love. Or if Dev doesn't want to lose Sona , they can live together as a nuclear family close to the Dixit house. This way they can keep a protective watch over Ishwari & see to her needs too & visit her often. This is actually an ideal solution to stop Ishwari 's excessive interference in their personal space & let everyone ( including Ishwari) live their life but for that Dev has to first cut off his mother's apron strings.😅😅 Ishwari can keep herself occupied doing some social work. This will make her independent emotionally (from her dependence on Dev) & open a new world full of possibilities for her. She might even appreciate Sona more.
Bold part: How can one argue , fight or settle things when the other person isn't willing to listen to you even when you share all your feelings with him or he walks out in the middle of a fight / argument because he cannot listen to the bitter truth. Sona has tried so many times to share her fears & concerns with him but he barely hears them or even if he hears them, he brushes it aside them each time resulting in Sona feeling even more frustrated or he walks out in the middle of their conversation/ argument like he did in today's episode.🤢
