The most painful thing about today's episode to me was how glaringly clear it was that Sai and Virat are on the same side... and yet they are so blinded by their own emotions that they cannot see what the other is feeling.

The fact that Sai assumed Virat's story was about Pakhi and Virat, but Virat did not even understand what Sai was saying spoke volumes. Virat does not realize, even a little bit, the extent to which Sai is insecure about his past. Why else would Sai be so impacted by the yoga teacher narrating what happened on the retreat? If Sai felt nothing towards him, none of this would be bothering her even a little bit. She left herself entirely vulnerable today, and yet, the harsh words that she used caused Virat to retract all of his own vulnerability and crawl back into his own shell. He, too, was trying to make her understand- asking her to question why he would bring her this far to celebrate something that was fake to him... but she was so overtaken by her own confusion, guilt, and pain that she was in no state to process his questions.

The most powerful dialogue of the entire episode was when Sai said that Virat says something, but does something different. This encompasses the crux of the problem. Virat wants Sai to understand his love for her through his actions, but Sai is someone who places emphasis on words... she takes everything Virat says to her heart... and hence, she is unable to understand what Virat is actually feeling... because while she sees his actions are full of love, he has never said in words that this relationship is real, he regrets making the vaada, Pakhi is no one to him, etc. etc. What he has said has never been enough....and had he been in a more rational state today, he would have realized that.

Another moment that gave us so much insight into Sai- she said that if Virat ended everything between him and Pakhi, then why is Pakhi still waiting for him? Sai knows that Virat has never been inappropriate with Pakhi. She even sees that he defends her in front of Pakhi... but, all of these things are overclouded by Pakhi's constant tamashas... she shamelessly declares that Virat has shattered her dreams and basically professes her love for him outside of their bedroom in the middle of the night. How is Sai supposed to look past all of this? The disconnect here is that Sai hides her emotions so well and Virat is so blinded in his own feelings of love, that Virat has never realized how much all of this bothers her... again, this could have been the perfect opportunity, but he was too broken...

For everyone saying that Virat lost another opportunity to confess today and tell the truth, I disagree. The man is destroyed. Sai didn't outright reject him, and no matter how true what she said was, her words hit him like daggers. He stopped Mohit from finishing his sentence, because in his mind, there was no way that Sai would accept anything he said. He did not want to push it and lose even more of her than he already had...

Today, Sai was completely alone. Mohit and Sunny both understand Virat and Sunny even helped him realize his feelings. But, Sai has no one... absolutely no one... who can understand the turmoil going on within her.

When Sai said that if Virat wants to see her happy, he needs to stop playing with her emotions, she once again placed all of her emotions on the table. The contradictions between Virat's words (or lack of words) and his actions are driving Sai mad. She does not understand what he is trying to do or what he is actually feeling. This is exactly what she meant when she told him to stop joking that he likes her during the ring gifting. She has let herself believe in the reality of this marriage and been shattered way too many times by now. She is so scared to let herself believe it at this point. And, what emotions was she talking about? Obviously love.... she is in love with Virat, but she will not let herself accept her own feelings because she is absolutely terrified that Virat doesn't reciprocate...so when he sends her signals that he does, she feels as if he is playing with her feelings.

Her monologue on the walk was much needed. She has never been present when Virat has put Pakhi in her place, so in her mind, Virat has always been soft with Pakhi... giving her false hope. This is her guilt pouring out of her. Sai is someone who cannot see even her enemies in pain...let alone Pakhi, who despite the abuse she spews at Sai, Sai considers her family. She thinks that she is the reason that Virat and Pakhi were not able to unite. Had she witnessed the post-GC fight confrontation or the post-accident confrontation, the story would be very different today.

Again, Sai thought to herself that Virat has never said anything to her to show that he might have feelings for her. Virat has in fact told her that he does not want her to leave him, he has no commitment towards Pakhi, and that he wants this marriage to be real (which to me does not count because Sai was in no state to understand him right after she had regained consciousness in the hospital). But, all of these words, Sai has been unable to label as his love for her as a husband. The fact is that Virat has tried very hard to express himself, but he has never been clear enough... due to his own fear of losing her, and today, in his mind, all of his worst fears came true...

Today, during the monologue, Sai was finally starting to try to understand Virat's perspective... she was questioning what his motives are... this seems to be the beginning of her own realization even if she is too immersed in her own pain right now...

The ending absolutely killed me. Virat thinks that Sai feels nothing for him and that she left him because of it... when in fact quite the opposite is true...

It is clear now that Virat will not say anything. After he witnesses Sai and Samrat's conversation, his heart is going to break 100000 times over. From this point on, it will be Sai who is going to have to figure things out on her own, and to me, today marked the start of that. In a weird way, Pakhi was a catalyst for Virat in realizing his feelings for Sai, and now Samrat will be the catalyst for Sai...

Why do they don't have anyone in the show to understand Sai's insecurities her feelings w.r.t. Virat..😭Today she said so much..so much more than what Sai Joshi is capable of and yet none of the two understood it..I won't bring in Virat here because he is fighting his own demons and probably a rejection..I really don't expect him to understand her when she treated him this way..

Also that precap bothers me to an extent that I don't want to watch the show .How can they be this normal after that fight??

Sai's feelings and heartbreak were clearly visible. Virat's heartbreak was clearly visible.

Mohit and Sunny were useless. They were just mere audience to the fight.

It is sad how none of them understood Sai's POV. I was expecting my jigar ka tukda(not anymore) Mohit to atleast understand what Sai was going through.

Sai seriously needs a confidante who understands her feelings.

Today her words will be taken by 'insecure' part of Virat seriously. He will move away, which will help them. Virat has faced the fear of losing Sai to Ajinkya. Sai has to face the fear. when you are faced with your worst fears, you think instinctively what is needed for you to end it. NO additional garbage will interfere with your thought process.

PS: Today Sai did say some harsh words for which Virat deserves an apology, not for a husband but for her caretaker and friend who never crossed the line with her nor showed anything 'more' without her consent.

@bold this was the Crux of this whole trip which triggered her and her insecurities. As expected she was so hurt that virat had Soo much feelings for Pakhi and her "" about chemistry had me chuckling for a moment forgetting the scene 🤣. She seemed clearly jealous.

@italic I really didn't want Virat to confess today with what all happened but I wished he would have said something when Sai paused after saying she knows what place Pakhi holds in his heart. She seemed to be totally shattered along with Virat when he didn't deny this statement.

@underlined - yessss Virat has many faults and it's undeniable but somethings she said to Virat below the belt.

I agree...her words are way too harsh and there needs to be an apology for it..her doing good for him and the family cannot always take away that hurt..She needs to keep a check on herself when she is hurt...😡

So my understanding was that once Sunny clears up the commitment issue to Sai, she asks Virat if that is the case, why is Pakhi still waiting for him? Sai is going based off of what she has seen. Pakhi creates tamashas, declares her love for Virat in front of the entire family, stands outside of their room in the middle of the night crying that Virat has shattered her dreams. In Sai's mind, why would Pakhi be doing any of this if she did not have some eternal love story with Virat? Sai feels as though she has come in between Virat and Pakhi's story. Virat has never clarified any of this to her....ever. This was also reaffirmed in her monologue when she says that Virat has never told Pakhi that she doesn't mean anything to him... which we know is not the case, but all of their confrontations have happened when Sai was not around. Although Virat has defended Sai in front of Pakhi, he has never really put her in her place in front of Sai. Pakhi is the only one from whom Sai has heard about the past... Virat has never explained it to her... so, Pakhi's words are really all she has to go off of at this point. Yes, Virat has said that he is not committed to Pakhi anymore, but what beyond that has he said to Sai? I am not defending Sai's ruthlessness. Today, her words crossed every line. They stabbed Virat 100 times over. But, just like Virat says things without thinking in his pain and impulses, so does Sai. So I understood where she was coming from. The reason why Sai was targeting Virat in all of this and not questioning Pakhi was because Virat is the one who has hurt her. She could care less what Pakhi does if Virat had clarified all of this to her to begin with. She is not going to blame Pakhi or even question her motives, because that does not matter to her... what matters to her is Virat. Like you mentioned, she had a desperate look on her face for Virat to tell her otherwise about Pakhi, but Virat was so broken and shocked that he could not even find the words to counter what she was saying.

All of Sai's pain came pouring out today...everything she had been holding in, she said. You bring up 100% valid points about Pakhi's role in this entire mess, but again, Sai was not thinking rationally. She was taking out all of her pain and frustration on Virat, because he is the one she is pained by! He is the one she is in love with!

Leave everything aside. Virat really thought that yoga trainer complimented him & sai genuinely. Sai has to tell him that she complimented them for name sake. I mean how dumb a person can be 🤦..

I had written about this yesterday, so pasting it here... my take....

Sai knows how much Samrat means to Virat, and she will do anything and everything to unite them. These two can fight all they want, say whatever they want to each other in the heat of the moment, but the truth will never change- they cannot bear to be separated and they cannot bear to see each other in pain. What is so real about their relationship is that the "married traditional husband wife" part is just one small piece of it and the only piece of it that is missing. Beyond that, they are family...they are friends...they are each other's rocks...they are bound together in love, respect, loyalty.... everything is there. And in the moments when they are letting themselves follow their hearts, the husband wife piece is there too. All that is missing here is the label. Were it to be any other set of circumstances, the label wouldn't matter. But, due to how their relationship started, this missing, messy, confusing label is the cause for all of their sorrow and inabilities to fully and finally unite....

@bolded: I would really like to see an apology scene as well. Just like Virat has no control over his tongue when his emotional impulses take over, neither does Sai. Today, she was speaking from her broken heart and letting everything inside of her pour out. This is understandable, but not justifiable. She hurt Virat in unimaginable ways and stabbed him 1000 times over. I really hope that once she calms down, she realizes the gravity of what she has said....

But post that, she was trying to find place in the house as Virat's wife where Pakhi is a family member and also, being Virat's wife she expects answers and has right to question Virat.
