This has got to be the most funniest affair

I just cant stop laughing at the whole affair thing. This has got to be the most platonic affair ever 😆. All they do is make lunch and dinner plans. Its like they are eating partners😆. This track is so amateurishly written. Personally i dont have a problem with the whole affair track i mean its wrong but i can understand it. Fateh and Jasmine always loved each other. But the whole thing is written so badly.

Firstly Fateh and Jasmine are treating the whole thing so casually its almost hilarious. Changing each other's name on the phone and laughing about it seems like they are two teenagers hiding an affair from their parents.

Plus whats their plan? they forever want to make only lunch and dinner plans? They love each other so much ok i understand that, they don't have courage to tell Tejo the truth chalo that also i can understand. But at least they should think about telling her truth and freeing themselves and getting married. At least talk about it. But no they are only interested in eating lunch and dinner.

This story could have been so emotional involving all 3 POV's but its so badly written that the whole thing seems so funny.

It's not at all platonic. Tejo has already ended up getting the physical fall. Once Jas knows or gets idea of Fatejo physical intimacy see how she jumps on F to do the same.

Regarding easy going teenager part I agree . It's so childish. Specially from Fateh side. Jas always has a game plan . While she is plotting ,trapping , using people to get her things done and eliminating the threats, she is still keeping it simple for F so that he does not run away.

She didn't tell him how she got phone from Gippy. Why? Coz she used his brother Amrik . Once F knows it , he would be angry again. He does not want to hurt people . That's what I find funny ! F will try to break up once he gets to know one or more hurting instances then even her eternal love blackmail and innocent face won't help . It will be then J will go rough and all rosy romance will turn into real mistress shit.

I will just say one thing .. Jasmine and Fateh’s relationship is superficial AF. I don’t think they love each other and everytime I watch their scenes, I get convinced of this fact.

But you’re right. They are acting as if everything is so casual. They don’t know what they wanna do next? Shouldn’t they be planning of how to be together since they “love” each other so much and can’t stay without each other 🤪.. and yes, writing/execution is bad.

True they could have given more depth to this track by showing fateh’s dilemma as what he really wants if he wants jas then they should have just shown a single thought that how he’ll tell this to tejo, i know he feels bad for her but in the show it seems that he has no intention of telling her the truth, he is appearing to be a two timer who can not live without both sisters🤢

I have to agree! But the makers can't show that the two of them get physical cause well... it would make Fateh unredeemable to even the TRP aunties.

I think i have to a certain extent come to terms with this EMA track. I see it now as important for Fateh. Fateh always wanted this teenage love thrill, it started with the same thing (sending gifts as a secret admirer)

But now he realises that beyond lunch and dinner there is nothing he really wants to do with Jasmine. He is now much more irritated around her, he rebukes her for hurting Tejo and lying. The story can be powerful but it comes off funny because of the lack of depth and poorly written dialogues.

Fateh I can understand, he doesn;t want to explore the topic of divorcing Tejo and marrying jasmine, but at least that woman can talk about it!? but no, they only do pait puja like you said.

I think Fateh's breaking point would be jasmine harming Tejo. But for me, accepting Fateh is going to be tough, maybe even impossible. I just hope he has a good redemption track at this point.
