I have this question running in my head since they showed the kheer being drugged. What exactly was Mandar's original plan?

Pallavi eating that kheer was purely by chance. There was no guarantee that she was the one who would have it. So, Pallavi eating that kheer gave Mandar an opportunity to do this kaand.

But what would he have done if Raghav would have eaten that kheer? What did he originally plan?
