LOL well if I was to play Devil's advocate, I can say that he felt too betrayed by Imlie's truth, so he forgot that this was Imlie's core characteristic to go this distance for ghar ke bete, parivaar, pretty much everyone😆

But hearing first hand from the Inspector, what Imlie did awakened Pankaj ka sleeping dimaag again and he saw the light😆......let's see how much he manages to stick to his stance and defy his khoonkhaar biwi.....lol

The very last scene did feel like that way in the sense that she was using those words to say that she felt hurt (hoping Adi would understand her POV towards Malini) and whatnot, then Adi under the belief that Ts are his himmat who won't discriminate but Aparna demeaning Imlie for taking credit for Malini's hardwork, literally.

Different angles are getting explored to establish what Imlie means for Adi, whether it is the sharp way or the hopeful way, Adi ki zubaan, raaste & manzil talk & walks towards Imlie, not Malini.

Aparna ki chakar mei, I just felt she was using the indirect way of explaining her pain & preference towards Malini but Adi explained only Imlie's hardwork, so Aparna demeans Imlie and thinks that Imlie grabbed limelight only for attention and Malini did the deeds.

@bold: Yes, that seems to be it.....although sometimes it all just feels hopeless ki Adi has PUBLICLY declared Imlie his wife everywhere and they still keep pushing this charade of "compatibility" with Malini even then......lol matlab KC ka existence is just meaningless for the story if it's still so easy to just keep Malini inserted into T house cuz they all keep acting like she hasn't herself claimed she wants to be with some other guy.

I am resigned to her trying to force her way into Adilie's life all the time, but literally roz usko ghar mein bithaa ke rakhna is too pakaau.

You're right that Aparna in the last scene was trying to make Adi understand her POV ki she thinks he favors Imlie and is biased against Malini😆.....she is clinging on in desperation to her preference for Malini even though she can see clearly that Adi definitively considers only Imlie his wife.....how long can this same convo keep getting repeated though......

On second thoughts, the makers have never had the guts to directly address the AM incompatibility angle, so I probably shouldn't hope for much on that even now if Aparna does try to push for AM ka "mel" wala argument again😆......seems more like another rinse/repeat round of Imlie being made to feel small/insignificant by Aparna while Adi just keeps repeating his usual "Imlie humari patni hai" jaap but not managing to do anything beyond that to explain why it is ONLY Imlie for him and there was never love with Malini.....waise bhi bolne se kaunsa koi samajh jaayega....selective hearing problem they all have.

The biggest whitewashed things from last week that the makers expect us to forget this week just cuz Adi has come home:

a) Malini herself openly made it a competition with Imlie about who will bring Adi home and now everyone wants to act like she was just independently doing things on her own without trying to compete with anyone? 😆

b) Malini wants a PARTICIPATION trophy for a competition she herself initiated and then LOST😕

c) Imlie won a race that she wasn't even trying to run as a race😆.....she was only racing to save Adi, period.....not to get one up on someone.....but now she must fight even for the basic truth that she won regardless of her not treating this as a competition.

d) Adi's family got Imlie casually thrown in jail and he's being shown talking to them all softly about bhed bhaav? Oh please😆.....if there was ever a time to take a fierce stand for Imlie, it was THIS.....but looks like he wasted all his fire in tabletod shaadi only.....ab phir se phuski banaa ghoomega🤔......Loser AC ki baatein bhi aaraam se sun leta hai yeh when she talks crap and guilt trips him yet again🥱.

They can do all the tamasha in the world with trying to now project Malini as a victim of her mom's poison.....ain't gonna fly

I so wish for the PM to call M to tell her off in lying about who being Adi's wife. He should also apologise to Imlie and Adi should know what happen there. That will be so good.

Pankaj was just being a father. Kisi ek insaan ko palatna hi tha wapas Imlie ke taraf and I’m happy that it was Pankaj. He was atleast in his senses to understand what Imlie really went through in order to get to Aditya. He might not do anything to stop Aparna from insulting Imlie but another person in her corner is a good thing only. Next BK will follow. Women Ts ke baare mein toh no point thinking about because they will not accept without Imlie leaving the house I think.

The amount of preening Malini was doing before Aditya came home, uff. Whatever chops she were served, her truth and her mom’s truth is still hidden. I do not ever see them suffering any consequences whatsoever. Which is a pity really that the makers have to depend on a chronic lying deadweight to bring drama into the show.

It was such a contrived setup to bring AC to T house.....Malini calling AC about Adi's rescue news when she had left the house after a fight with her mom.....lol makers think we all forget what happens from one epi to the next.

Yeah, these psycho maa-beti will never suffer any consequences.....even in the middle of a moment where Imlie was getting long overdue praise and credit, makers had to insert ominous music to focus on Didi ki sadi shakal over how bad she was feeling for not getting credit😆.....so what should have been a positive moment as usual got turned negative thanks to ghatiya maa-beti ki jodi.

Malini will conveniently never say many things.....lol her covering up that her Mom poisoned her doesn't whitewash all the other things she's covering up or that she's done to Imlie in the last week.

I agree pankaj ka dimaag bandh ho gaya tha and then he was obviously trying to ignore it for so long but if you notice he is the one who actually noticed adi holding imlie ka hand walking in it is very very very small reaction but it is there I saw it since I was trying to gif it and every frame plays in slo mo. He is the only one who reacted at that... He saw what she means for him for real real and then his stance changed..abhi tak he was trying to not see it but ab nahi kar sake hence his flip.. he wasn't calling her things like najayaaz and all .. isne bas yeh last week hi bohat bakwwas ki thi ke imlie ki haar main parivaar ki jeet and she is from gangsters family etc that too I feel caz aparna was saying all that and to please her ke she is not alone ..and then ofcourse adi ka gayab hona was also making them more irrational I think but then as soon as he saw what they are to each other chota sa glimpse heard Inspector talk saw them winning it only on vishwaaas and the hear adi speak so.passionately and at peace he gave in.. it reminded him instantly of all this girl has done time and again..woh andhera chat gaya aage se I hope we get a good support and follow up esp if didi is banooing kabab main haddi caz imlie will need lots and lots of support to.remind her ke wohi bahu hai and no mahaanta or didi jaap needed as others will Make sure to continue torturing her with how small she is ..
