I hear you . People generally don't have the strength to handle anyone that challenges their beliefs . Most people like status quo though some deep down know their beliefs are trash.

Unfortunately it's mostly women who shush the other women who talk sense. But speaking out and being rational inspite of being shushed upon is the only thing one can do. It does cause social alienation from family and relatives but atleast our conscious would be at peace and hopefully one day rest of the family can start seeing some sense too .

Kudos to you for staying strong 🤗🤗.
