Regional version - does Dhara have a kid ?

Hey in the regional version does Dhara have a kid

In the original version ( tamil) she is full term now, ready to pop anytime, just got done with baby shower last week. She had normal pregnancy, no surrogacy, no IVF or anything like that. Nobody is swapping babies, everybody is keeping theirs.

But I heard in other versions like Telugu, Kannada, they have made significant changes to the storyline and Dhara has given up her baby to Rishita’s character in one of the versions.

I watch the original, like the positivity and logical way of showing the tracks. In this hindi version everything ends in comedy😕
