A: Ek hoti hai kismat, and aur ek hoti hai Param ki kismat (does a little jig while stating Param ki kismat)

P: Aur ek hoti hai badkismat (pointing to A)

Is the badkismat part the one that gets Akshita mad?

yes she was mad already because of this badkismat and I think he might have said one more thing and her anger is combined effect.
