I am back with another story which I have not yet decided to be of howmany parts. Let’s see, in fact I need your suggestion.
See, this story will be a slow romanticstory like my previous one Step by Step, this will contain some repeated sceneswhich many writers have already written in their respective stories or thescenes which I got inspired from other writers(I don’t know the names to behonest)

Part 1
Shiva analyzed her foot closely for anyinjuries. ‘Bilkul dhyan nahi rakhti tu or mujhe kehti hai matar size ka dimag.Ab kitna dard ho raha hoga’ he touched the whole foot.
She winced in pain making him wincetoo.
‘Shiva jab itni chinta hai toh kyu bhagraha hai mujhse dur?’ Raavi asked and regretted the other moment as he got upand left the room.
This time Raavi was determined that shewould know the exact reason, so she got up wincing in pain and followed him.
Shiva walked out of the house followedby Raavi. He was frustrated with the happening of events, the way he wasgetting attracted to Raavi and then reality hitting him hard that he can’t haveher in her life fully was killing him. The fact that he can’t be the gentlemanshe wanted and deserved was suffocating him.
He walked aimlessly on the roadwhen he heard his name being called, when the name was called for the secondtime he knew who it was. He can recognize this voice even in his unconsciousstate.
He turned lazily to find Raavi walkingtowards him wincing in pain he ran to her and caught her
‘PAgal hai kya? Bahar kyu aayi?’ hespoke in anger.
‘Chal Shiva us garden mein chal ke baatkarte hai’ she said ignoring his question.
‘Mujhe koi baat nahi karni Raavi’ hesaid rudely.
‘Shiva bahut bola tune or bahut sunamaine, chal ab. Varna main isi pair(foot) par or marungi or phir tu dekh lio’she warned him. He didn’t listen to her. Raavi lifted her other foot to putweight on the injured foot but before she could do that Shiva held her leg andhelped her walk towards the garden ‘Kya zid hai yeh?’
‘Kya karu Shiva tujhe Somnath ki sabsekhubsurat or pyari Raavi raas nahi aa rahi toh ab mujhe apne Bhoothnath pati kiChipkali banna padega’ Raavi said while walking and she swear noticed a smallsmile playing on his lips when she said the last line.
They both sat on a bench, Shiva said‘Bol.’
‘Shiva kya hua hai?’ Raavi askedgenuinely.
‘Raavi tujhe apne baare mein jo baatkarni hai kar mere bare mein nahi please’ he said, tiredness visible in hisvoice.
‘Tujhe lagta zarur hai Shiva par tu ormain alag nahi hai. Jo baat tujhe bother kar rahi hai vo mujhe bhi tang karegi.Please bata kya hua hai?’ she lowered her tone at the end.
‘Mujhe kuch nahi hua. Please bas karbar bar puchna’ he said irritated.
Raavi kept quiet for a while to giveShiva some time to think.
‘Ek kaam karte hai Shiva’ she got anidea.
‘Kya?’ he asked. ‘Jo bhi tu feel karraha hai vo tune kisi ko bataya?’ she asked.
‘Nahi. or kyu phir se tu usi baat paraa gayi?’ he asked, irritated.
Raavi ignored his blabbering and said‘Ek kaam kar, tu jo bhi feel kar raha hai na? Vo tu bol or main sunungi, Ipromise tujhe bahut better lagega or main phir kabhi is baat ka zikar nahikarungi jab tak tu nahi chahega’
Shiva was not convinced with the ideabut it was suffocating him now, he can’t keep things to himself.
‘Or badle mein tu mujhe dur bhi nahikarega khud se’ , she added cheekily.
‘Aisa hai tu sunna chahti hai, toh apnisharte toh rakh mat’ Shiva said. Only his wife can do this, she wants to hearhim, he should be the one keeping conditions instead she is keeping one. Likeseriously?
Raavi gave a sheepish smile ‘Acha chalbol na Shiva. Please’ she pleaded to him now.
Shiva sat there for a few momentsthinking of where to start.
‘Pata nahi yaar kuch samajh nahi aaraha mujhe kya ho raha hai
Vo dushman hi thik thi meri jab se biwibani hai tab se kuch samajh nahi aa raha, vo kehti hai ki ab hamari rahe ekhai. Mujhe bhi laga tha, haveli mein jitna time humne spend kia usse mujhepasand aane lagi thi vo.
Socha tha use bataunga ki Raavi tumujhe pasand ane lagi hai lekin isse pehle ki use kuch batata zindagi ne zordar thapad mere gaal par jad dia or dikhaya ki main use kaise pasand kar saktahu? Kuch waqt ke liye main bhul gaya tha ki woh meri Mamikibehenkibeti hai,laga tha ki vo meri Raavi hai. Par aaj tak koi khushi mili hai mujhe jo yehmilti?
Vo dev jaisa ladka deserve karti hai joshant svabhav ka ho,kapde ache pehenta ho har waqt mehekta ho, pada likha ho orkaha main mil gaya jahilo jaise kapde pehenta hu, izat se toh kabhi baat nahiki usse or mehek toh dur ki baat badbu ati hai mujh mein se vo bhi tel masaloki.
Sahi keh rahi thi vo uski dost us dinkya majburi thi jo mujhse shadi ki.
Bahut bura lagta hai mujhe jab dekhtahu ki vo Chipkali kitna kuch deserve karti hai, manta hu vo meri dushman rahihai par kasam se maine kabhi nahi chaha tha ki is kadar uska dil tute.
Bholenath yeh kis musibat mein daldiya, zindagi mein pehli baar koi pasand ayi vo bhi aisi ladki jo mereleague se hi bahar hai.
Main chahta hu ki vo khush rahe bas parjab tak uskki kundli mein yeh shani baitha hai khak khush rahegi vo? Meri vajahse har pal roti hai vo. Vo chahti hai main use samjhu use apnau par use kaisesamjhau ki main apne hi hathon se kisi aise ki khushiyon ka gala kaise ghotsakta hu jisse main itna pasand karta hu.
Main bas chahta hu ki vo khush rahe,mere saath toh nahi reh payegi toh kam se kam mujhse alag hi sahi. Use ek aisaladka milna chahiye jo uska dhyan rakhe, jo uski parvah kare, jo khud se pehleuse rakhe use kabhi mehsus na hone de ki vo unwanted hai ya akeli hai is duniyamein, jo use puri duniya se bacha ke rakhe, puri duniya se lad jaye uske liye.Bholenath please uski zindagi mein koi aisa bhej do please, meri chipkali kouski khusiyan dedo Shiv ji.
Pata hai jab jab jab main uske saathbura bahrtav karta hu tab tab mera dil jalta hai par main kya karu, main nahichahta ki vo apni zindagi mere jaise gawar insan ke sath nibhaye.
Please Bholenaath sab thik kardo, merichipkali ko uski khushhal zindagi dedo. Please’
He broke down in tears praying to God,he had so much in his heart which was dying to come out.
He didn’t know when he slipped into herlap and cried his heart out hugging her tightly.
Raavi heard every single thingpatiently. She was shocked to see this breakdown of her bhoothnath, she hasalways seen him strong like a wall but today he was different. He liked her andthe only thing that mattered to him was her happiness. She had no clue that hewas so badly broken from inside, his insecurities were so big. She neverimagined what all things he hid under that angry rude Shiva.
She always asked Bholenath why he choseShiva for her, why in the whole world he chose the only man who hated her withall his might. Today she got her answer.
She always loved the stories where twobroken souls heal each other and live happily after but she never knew all thiswhile she actually had attracted the same story in her life. She cannot see herBhoothnath broken like this, for the moment she let him cry but the moment theyleave this place she will make sure that she will not let any person orsituation make him cry or feel less worthy of him. She will protect her husbandfrom every insecurity and taunts of the world.
For her Shiva was always important, hisvalidation was way more important to him.
She let him cry in her lap and let hertears fall too but promised herself that she will do anything to make thismarriage work, because she knew she wanted this only, she is not the one wholeaves the relationships, only death can tear them apart now especially afterknowing his feelings too.
She caressed his hair lovingly andspoke after a while ‘Chale Shiva?’
He didn’t answer, she looked down tofind him sleeping peacefully in her lap. He looked too cute and there was somuch peace on his face. She thanked the Almighty that he finally opened up toher.
He slept in her lap till the sundecided to show up, but Raavi didn’t sleep for a single second because therevelation was too big for her and the thought that he didn’t hate her made herso happy. She kept caressing his hair and adored his sleeping self, he was likea baby to her right now who clinged on to her as if his life depended on her.
Finally he woke and saw Raavi lookingat him lovingly lost in him, he realized in which position he was so got up andstraightened up.
Raavi simply said ‘Chale?’
‘Raat bhar soi nahi tu?’ he asked.
She nodded her head in a no and startedwalking ‘Chal Shiva’ he too walked with her.
He expected some teasing, someconversation, some questions but Raavi was normal, she didn’t say a single wordand somewhere that was eating him up.
They reached home and asked Krish toopen the door so that no one would come to know.
‘Thodi der soja Raavi.’ he said whenthey reached home.
‘Nahi Shiva ab soi toh dikat hogi.Dopahar ko dekhti hu’ she replied and took out her clothes for a bath.
The whole day went by but Raavi didn’tbehave indifferent around him which bothered him a lot, he decided to talk toher after dinner.
‘Raavi’ he spoke when they finallysettled in the room.
‘Ha Shiva’ she said while arrangingtheir clothes.
‘Tune kuch kaha nahi kal ke bare mein’he said hesitantly.
Raavi got what he meant so said ‘Kyu?Kuch kehna tha kya?’ she said not looking at him continuing her work.
He was irritated with her behaviour soheld her hand and pulled her on the bed.
‘Kya hua Shiva?’ she asked as shelanded on bed.
‘Tujhe kal ke bare mein kuch nahikehna?’ he asked.
‘Promise kiya tha Shiva kuch nahikahungi’ she said.
‘Chedna chahti hogi mujhe, main royatere aage, dil khol ke rakha. Hai na?’ He spoke rudely.
‘Main toh pehle bhi teri nafrat kebadle nafrat nahi deti thi or ab sach janne ke baad toh tu jaise marzi baat karmain teri baaton ka bura nahi manungi. Rahi baat chidane ki, rone ki toh sachkahu I am happy…’ he cut her in between ‘Main janta hu tu khush hui hogi mujherote hue dekh kar’ he spoke.
Raavi shrugged his nonsense and said ‘Iam happy Shiva ki tune mujhe chuna apne dil ki baat karne ke liye. Khush humain ki tu meri god mein roya, tere us waqt mein main sath thi is baat se khushhu main.’
Shiva was shocked he didn’t know whatto say or do.
‘Shiva teri baaton ka ek hi jawab haimere pass. bolu?’ she asked. He nodded.
‘Mujhe hamesha se wahi movies or showspasand aye hai jisme do tute hue log ek dusre ko jodte hai. Mujhe lagta tha kimujhe vo scenario nahi milega lekin I am happy ki Bholenaath ne vo mauka dia.’she told him.
‘Par tujhe toh hamesha se fairy talespasand aayi hai na? Dev ke sath pyar phir age ki zindagi’ Shiva askedintrigued.
‘Pata hai Shiva sach kahu toh Dev sirfek dost hi tha mera bas, mujhe lagta tha ki wo acha hai or tu bura kyuki maindono ko hi equal janti thi, tujhe thoda zada ofcourse kyuki jitni maine Dev sebatein nahi ki usse kayi zada ladaia kari hai jis vajah se mujhe lagta tha kitu bura hai. Mujhe lagta tha wohi sach hai but jaise jaise badi hui toh merainterest hi un movies mein tha jinme pyar shadi ke baad hota hai, toh kyunki ustime mujhe lagta tha ki Dev se shadi hogi toh maine is thought ko daba dia butagain hum apne hi sapne bhul jate hai hamare maa baap nahi isliye Bholenath koyad tha mera interest or main bahut khush hu Shiva ki meri shadi tujhse hui’she said the last lines with twinkle in her eyes.
‘Ek bat or janni hai mujhe, log hameshaperfect partner chahte hai phir tujhe kyu tuta hua insan chahiye tha?’ He wasinterested in knowing what was behind this thought.
‘Vaise hi’ she lied.
‘Bata na.’ he nudged her.
‘Shiva aaj kal ke rishte dekhkar dar lagtahai toh mujhe lagta hai ki jab main kisi ko heal karungi toh vo mujhe chod kekabhi nahi jayega jaise maa papa gaye ya for that matter Dev gaya. Shiva jabsetune shadi wale din meri jaan bachai hai na tabse vaise hi yeh jaan teri haihai tu jo marzi kar par main tujhe kabhi nahi chodungi chahe is rishte mein koibhi emotion ho, isiliye main chahti hu ki jab tu or main ek dusre ko heal karena uske baad duniya ka koi bhi ladka ya ladki aa jaye hum unse attract nahihonge, hume yad rahega ki hume is zindagi mein kisne vapis uthne mein madadkari.’ she told him genuinely.
Shiva was amazed with her thinking heasked one more question in general ‘Par jisne chodna hai vo toh chod hi degaRaavi. Phir?’
‘Kya kehna chahta hai tu? Chod degamujhe tu?’ she asked, being sad.
‘Pagal hai kya tu? Agar tu is rishtemein rukna chahti hai toh main pagal thodi hu jo Somnath ki sabse khubsuratladki ko chodunga’ he told her playfully.
‘Waada?’ she asked expectantly,forwarding her hand.
‘Pakka waada. Or tu gayi toh?’ heasked.
‘Mujhe tujhse ab maut hi juda kar saktihai Shiva. Tu mujhse nafrat bhi karta tab bhi main yeh rishta na todti ab tohphir bhi nafrat ka phase cross kar lia’ she told him with tears in her eyes.
He looked at her lovingly and wiped hertears. She looked at him with so many emotions in her eyes, she asked ‘Hugkarlu Shiva tujhe?’
Shiva didn’t say anything, instead justspread his arms, Raavi moved forward and almost sat in his arms and hugged himtightly, he too hugged her tightly.
The hug was so comforting, Raavi restedher head on his shoulder and he buried his head in her neck, inhaling her smelland getting the peace he missed from the last few days. He felt so secure inher arms and the same goes with her.
They stayed there for a few minuteshealing each other, sending good energies to each other.
Shiva finally tried to break the hugbut felt her whole weight on him, he lifted his head to find her sleepingpeacefully. ‘Lagta hai din mein bhi nahi soi yeh ladki’ he nodded his head ather and carefully tried to free himself from her hold but it was too tight, hesmiled at the way she held him.
He tried again and placed her on bed,he noticed peace on her face. He didn’t know that she too was genuinely readyfor this relationship. But he thanked the Almighty for finally keeping theirstory on track.
