My understanding from Raghav's statement is that in the eyes of the law, the only marriage that's currently legal is Pallavi's second one.

Jean ye lo for you 🤗. That’s a beautiful write up. True, I don’t find both Raghav or Pallavi acting in any other way other than true to their characters. Pallu, is in shock that the husband she thought was buried six feet under is alive and calling her his wife. She clearly stated what she wants to do when she finds Mandaar ( at the start of the track) that is give back her Aai and baba their son. I cannot fathom and I strongly stand against people saying she wants to go back with Mandy or she’s two timing Raghav and what not!! This is just too much. Yes, Raghav is insecure and really they should continue to talk to each other, and really be one unit in front of that creepy guy. I sure hope once all this wears off Raghav the born smart guy starts to use his smarts and for that matter Pallu too. I sorely miss kaka and Aai. I want to se what their stand is in fact im impatiently waiting for it. Just because I need more people in RaghVi’s court 😆 as it is there are way too many people waiting to pull them apart. Of course just like Raghav and Pallavi will go through pain, anger and fights we will be going through it with them too. Also I want Pallu to herself push Mandy from the pedestal she’s put him on. Maybe that’ll be an even better thing for her to move ahead braeking all the shackles of the D house once and for all. Wouldn’t it be a treat to watch sanki buddha and junior sanki agreeing now when before they at loggerheads and Aayi siding with Pallu and Ragahav when before Mandy was her laadla?

I wish the forum could have been more positive and could celebrate Raghvi at this juncture of their lives! Such beautiful episodes we are getting. They don’t deserve the negativity.

Look, the writers knew this would be a polarizing track and that's the risk they took, which I really applaud them for. I keep saying, this show is written on multiple levels and people take away different things from it in each episode. As much as I love healthy debates, and prefer not to see people being bashed, the fact is that this show brings out strong emotions in people because the CVs are doing something right. Viewers come from all walks of life and as long as people aren't being abusive let them say what they want.

I am aware that some people on the forum have retreated into their shells, have gone into specific threads to share their thoughts, or have stopped writing for fear of a backlash. I get DMd about this too. I guess you are less active these days because the negativity bothers you but the best way to counter that is with even more positivity. My request to you and others is to keep posting and sharing your thoughts about the show openly.

Why should anyone hesitate to celebrate? It's rare you get shows like this so enjoy being on the forum while the show is on air and make your own viewing experience more enjoyable.

So please, come out of hiding and enjoy dissecting the story because it's one of the best being written and told out there. As much as I love the actors on the show, the prize still goes to the strength of the writing and the writers' conviction to try to tell this tale despite the TRP and other challenges. Let's make the most of it... You only need to change the channel to see what mediocrity looks like all around, so why sabotage your own fun time here?

If nothing else, take inspiration from our leads... Don't care what people say, stick to your guns.

Nice post.. i agree..

raghav and pallavi are very alike i.e emotional fools , when it comes to their family which is why they partly understand each other... they have always put family first before themselves.. also the whole conflict of whether the family is deserving or not , right or wrong, does not come into the picture at all.. cuz although the opposite family member may not feel the same way about them but the love and affection that raghav and pallavi hold for the family makes them do stuff for them and they will continue to do so.

When compared to the last track, there is a certain fear looming over their relationship and they are well aware of it, but it doesnt or will not stop them from being besides their family especially when the family is calling them.

Just the fact that a fear of their relationship potentially breaking apart brought these two down on their knees to confess their love for each other speaks as to how much they need each other in their life..

I am copy pasting my post from EDT to this one.
Thank you so much for this post. I really appreciate you saying this. This was much needed. People do need to cut Pallavi slack.

I read too many posts bashing Pallavi ki feed kyu Kara rahi thi etc etc and tbh even I hated that she agreed but she was being guilt tripped by the Deshmukhs. First the doctor did it by saying she will stay with you and she will feed you and then Sulochana did it haan haan Pallavi khilao na khana yeh lo Mandar tera pati hai khila usko khana and in that particular moment even baba was looking at her expectantly even though he himself ousted her and then again Sulochana calling mujhe sheera banana nhi aata and Pooja hai please bana de Ghar aake etc etc.

She is a naive kind hearted person who the Deshmukhs are guilt tripping over and over again because they know she is vulnerable to their manipulation. Also even though she has extremely good moral values and has knowledge of how to manage relationships well usko duniyadaari ki bilkul samajh nahi hai and we have seen this time and again kaam keliye without informing raat ko chale jaana and then kisi known (Raghav) ko chhod kr unknown ko trust krke unse lift Lena just to spite Raghav(because she knew deep down Raghav Kuch bhi karega but limits cross nahi karega like molesting sort type she knew she would be safe), not realising that repeatedly Raghav ko kaam se milna is also making people doubt her and not understanding Raghav tricked her into signing the shop papers etc and the most recent she didn’t realise that her going to D house now without her husband will cast suspicion on her character and that it’s what Sulochana wants.

So do cut her slack.

In fact in today’s episode also Sulochana’s intention was wrong as she said Raghav kyun aa Gaya but Raghav and Amma both must have realised post sunny incident and Sulochana being too sweet over the call and I am glad that Raghav explained this to Pallavi ki ab tum akele waha jayega toh people will gossip about you and I don’t want that tumare character pe koi Kuch bole. And he didn’t say it but implied that try as much as possible to not come to D house without me.

Moreover almost everyone has a blind spot when it comes to their families and some past wounds.

@bold - Exactly, just thinking about Krishna Rao caused Raghav to have a panic attack then just imagine Pallavi keliye bhi yeh situation kitni khrb hai upar se the added fear and insecurity. Just because she is emotionally strong enough that all of this didn’t cause a panic attack or a fainting spell yet does not mean she isn’t emotionally disturbed and the only reason the stress fainting thing has not happened yet is because she has Raghav in her corner who is standing by her side and Amma who is guiding Raghvi and helping them navigate this extremely difficult situation.

----------------------

I wish people would cut Pallavi some slack.

Let her process things, it's all new for her. She's dealing with the ghosts of her past, now literally in the flesh. She once wondered what life might have been like had she married Mandaar but now her circumstances have changed and she's emotionally bound to Raghav forever. Seeing Mandaar back is making her feel like her past is dragging her back. She was barely married to Mandar for a few hours I guess, so since her wedding night she'd largely been like a single woman living with the Ds, more their beti than bahu. Now the fact that she's being referred to as Mandar's wife, implying she's their bahu, makes her feel awkward because she never really took that role on in her 2 years there.

She has only truly been a wife to Raghav and a bahu at the Raos now gradually and as she said legal documents or a piece of paper do not build a relationship. The experiences she's had with Raghav and the rest of the Raos has helped her grow as a person and see other facets of life, beyond just breaking free of the D-fam prison. However, that has happened more in a physical sense. Psychologically she has managed to remove some of her shackles but I believe through this track she's going to feel empowered to remove the remaining ones when everyone's true colors are seen. No matter how much Raghav may protect her or defend her, at some point she has to speak up for herself. As she did in the past, she will this time too but only when she's had time to figure out what exactly she wants to do next.

On top of that, the number of villains in her life has increased with Mansi and Keerti wishing her ill at every step. Amma's still supporting her and I hope this continues forever, but the fact is that the only one who can really stand with her is Raghav, since this new development has the potential to destroy his life as much as hers. Their relationship is/will be going through a trial by fire and only then will a stronger bond be forged. I think they started off on the right foot with trying to present a united front and work towards the same goal but Mandaar's real plan is still a mystery so we'll have to brace ourselves for some unexpected situations as will Raghav and Pallavi. They may not know how to respond or may not always make the right decisions, but as long as they are on the same page about supporting each other and defeating their enemies together, things will work out eventually.

The writers always draw parallels. If the previous track was about Raghav's past hurting his present, this one is about hers. Ultimately they will both be affected because their fates are intertwined. They say spouses complete one another/complement one another in areas where the other person may not be as strong. This is what I expect this track to explore. The best part is that they are talking about things upfront more and sharing their concerns right away rather than letting it fester. I really like seeing this on a show for a change instead of letting things drag and misunderstandings pile up. They've had their share of it and learned the hard way that being open with each other is the best way to protect their relationship and show respect to one another's feelings. So let the writers craft this tale the way they intended and see where it takes us. So far Raghav and Pallavi have been acting true to their characters for the most part. I don't see a deviation there, give or take some scenes that have gone off on a tangent, but that is to be expected to some degree on ITV so I let it go.

much needed post 👏

Thank you for writing from all perspectives

It's surely is turbulent times for raghvi but they will come out stronger

I hope this is how it goes.

I am more worried about RR losing his senses and causing some irreversible damage to their relationship. I can't take another redemption track. 🤔

This relationship is everything to him and we know he is not a very patient man.

I am not saying Pallavi alone should take responsibility of this relationship and stop being herself. But I really want her not to repeat the dinner date mistake.

Yeah.. Pallavi is basically a kind hearted soul... As of now, irrespective of Mandar being real or fake, whatever he is telling also seems logical... He just remembers Pallavi's name and it is really something that he needs to look as he don't remember any other name or face... But it is up to him and his moral value after knowing that she is remarried whether to pursue her further or not... she did help Raghav even when they are at loggers heads of each other are worst of each other enemies... waise RaghVi happened recently but we need to remember how they actually got married...Cut the girl some slack and let's see what she would do when her world really seems to be falling apart...

If Pallu wasn’t the way she is, there would be no Raghvi because who marries a man who walks into her home, character assassinates and gives her money for nights they’ve spent together, all of it being lies. And who falls in love with this man? Only she can because she is forgiving, generous, kind and naive. It is this quality that draws Raghav to her.

And she’s like this for everyone around her. She was designed this way and the only time she learns is after she falls, as she fell when Raghav practically destroyed her. This time too, with the Ds she will fall and learn, but Raghav is there to hold her and guide her.

She’s a sweetheart, too good for this world. Too naive for this world and mahaan in our words.

💯 this. I've always said, for Raghav to be who he is and the story to still work, Pallavi also needs to be exactly who she is. A Pallavi even slightly less forgiving or large hearted than the one we have would not have given him that second chance at the train station. She'd have gone off to Kohlapur, and never given Hyderabad or it's residents a second glance the second Nikhil was no longer under threat, and then we'd have no show to watch!
