That's police fault and his parents fault in recognising his body. Legally he was dead for everyone.

Mandar is dead in the eye of law and legally Pallavi was a widow so her marriage with Mandar was annulled the moment the death certificate was provided and she remarried after 2 years so her marriage with Raghav is valid. But one question I have what if DNA test result prove he is Mandar then also he will be considered dead in eye of law?

it looks like first he will try the legal angle which will not work in his favor but then emotional blackmail chalu.. ye doctor b raja raja krke kuch jyada hi chipak ri h…Abhi tk D fam ko react krne ka mauka ni mila h on mandar’s stand.. VD doesn’t look convinced tha Pallavi should be brought back.. I still think Its aai and her emotional blackmail k mandar is not well and she might lose him agr usko stress hua to…. can you stay with us for sometime…blah blah…

We have a lawyer among us and she says raghvi marriage legal. 😁

I have been saying this for a while now that if death certificate has been issued the marriage is dissolved on the grounds of death of spouse and after this even if the spouse turns out to be alive the marriage will still stand dissolved and if the second party is remarried then it's the second marriage that's legal and valid. 😁

If the second party isn't married then also one must have a remarriage or register their marriage again right for the first marriage to be legal ?? Just being alive won't cut it am I right ??

If Pallavi wasn't married to rr, she still remains mandar wife in eyes of law . Mandar need not to get married to Pallavi again. But if Pallavi didn't married to rr still have a right to file for divorce as for her mandar was dead for her so long. That leads to unretrieval break down of marriage. In no condition no one can force anyone to live with anyone n remained married till the time party asking for divorce didn't came clean hands. In this situation mandar can't force Pallavi anyway. As Pallavi second marriage is fully legal. Don't worry guys👍
