Validity of Raghav n Pallavi marriage

Well Pallavi got married after mandar was declared dead. So there marriage of Raghav n Pallavi is fully valid n mandar can't claim Pallavi as his wife. Even he go through courts. So my PARA cum Raghavi ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ for them

Yes I think so too. Since Mandar was not just presumed dead, he was in fact declared dead. Hence legally the marriage with Mandar is null and void even if he has returned. This is ignoring all emotions involved on both sides. My understanding of the laws.

Had Mandar not been declared dead, only gone missing and presumed dead, in India the minimum wait time before a death certificate to be issued in such a case is 7 years. But here Mandar is declared dead! So legal hurdles for Raghvi is my presumption!

I was searching for the legality of RaghVi marriage yesterday 😆

If they consider Mandaar to be a missing case, then their shaadi is not valid.. but if the case was registered that he was dead, and they have the legal documents for that then it is valid.. real life mein dead log kahan wapas aa jaate hain, so didn't get any info about what if the dead husband comes back..

But then I was like, it's Raghav Rao, legal side tho he will manage.. sirf D fam ke emotional blackmailing ka darr hain!!

They have cremated Mandar's supposed dead body. That can't happen without an official death certificate.

Marriage not null and void but automatically dessolved legally as he is dead in eyes of law so Pallavi is free to marry whomsoever she likes. His marriage in eyes of law dissolved as Pallavi got married again. If she didn't got married he have a right to claim her as his wife. No legal hurdles only emotional hurdles. Mandar family forced her for madar memory to do drama of marriage for sure. Idiot Pallavi will definitely fall for it but our aana will not let his beloved wife go😀😀😀😀😀

One more thing I was thinking is that after Mandaar was declared dead and cremated, the D-gang through Pallu out of their house. When even if Mandaar forces his right on her (which he don't have) she can also take the legal action against D gang and file the divorce against there behaviour.

Well, I don't have much knowledge of legal issues, but what I think is RR marriage is legal because it took place when entire universe was saying that she was a widow and even Aayi was searching groom for her.

Ya, but can Mandaar fight saying that how can you claim me dead when you didn't get/confirm my body, something like that... if the Mandaar death becomes invalid, will it affect the shaadi validity is what I am thinking.. but if so, it's again police or legal system ki faulthain, not RaghVi's..

Ya, there is no big legal hurdle which RR can't handle.. just the emotional hurdles, which I think Pallavi will handle, she will take care that Raghu is not hurt much during the emotional blackmail series and make sure they are together always ❤️..

It was not a fake death certificate or anything. It was a genuine case. Pallavi didn't get the death certificate by foul means and she has re-married 2 years post the death date. So I don't think Mandar can fight that. Of course Pallavi can always choose to divorce Mandar. But then that's when emotions play big time. She will be emotionally blackmailed by the D Family. How Pallavi wont succumb and give in to that is what needs to be seen. I am sure Pallavi will be majorly misunderstood by Raghav because he will want to opt the legal route but Pallavi might succumb to the emotional blackmail and choose to stay with Mandaar to nurse him back to his health and make him regain his memories. I think when memory is regained, some truths will be uncovered which might turn him totally negative and that's when she will return back to Raghav. Lets c how the drama pans out.

Iam advocate I know the law my PARA mean Raghavi marriage is fully legal even case alike is also in SC. Sc stated second marriage valid in such circumstances
