After her dialogues have been indicating this was bound to happen. The second she found out about Ayush she was already calling him iss ghar ka waaris. She later said that Dev's two sons will make him proud. Then her taunt about how Sona's first born child isn't even her own. Sona's nightmare is about to come true and it justgoes to show that Sona knows Ishwari far better than Dev ever did, despite the mother-son duo that they understand each other best.
