It turns out Kokani isn't a language per se, because it's got no grammar or anything of the sorts, rather a dialect according to my mum.

Language ain't so sweet😛 But then again, I may be saying this because I'm more interested in the cuss words so I can swear anyone anytime without them knowing😆

Actually it is very controversial among linguists when to classify soemthign as different language or dialect or one laguage. Then they came up with pidgins and creoles to complicate it further 😆.

In China, due to large geography they also have very different dialects in different reagions, as differnet as Punjabi-Bengali but Chinese goevrnemtn dont acknowldege diversity so they call everythgin as single language adn decided on one script. But In India we call it different languages with same variations.

I believe when you start following it later in life, it will intrigue you. The best way is to watch documentaries and cool PBS youtube videos. When you follow it wihtout the pressure of scoring in exams, it will fascinate you. Physics tells you that reality is weirder than fiction. The simple experiment in Quantum physics like double slit experiment will blow your mind.

Our physics teacher back in school was very nice! She explained really well, and also didn't have the usual you must score a distinction demand. She would actually, acknowledge if the exam papers were set hard.

Me too! It was freedom for me the minute I stepped into grade ten because I didn't choose Geography as a subject (chose Accounting, instead).

I remember one of my friends hated Geography with a passion, and she once screamed out in frustration to someone else I hate Geo!

Now, our classmate's father, who's name is Gio, looked at her like behen, Maine kya kiya😆
