Weird. Why would one need to get trained as an astronaut to play an astronaut? You're literally acting. Did actors get trained as doctors to play a doctor? They just play act.

It's natural to remember loved ones and share their accomplishments. And I do feel bad for SSR's family. It has been a rough year. But some of it is getting to be quite sad and pathetic.

The way people are mocking here, NASA is not a small thing if you have a chance to get training there.

I am really impressed by this article shared by his sister whose brother is no more in this world. She is sharing something positive about him and has love for him. It was a proud moment for her.

As he was brilliantly scientifically declined unlike millions of actors, so it would have been easy for him to use his learning skills to get training and understand astronomy.
