Forgive me but SSR sisters are weird. Especially this sister. If he was really going to protray onscreen as an astronaut, he could go for workshops like any other actors, why the need to go for training? Maybe this was a personal trip as he was always interested in NASA.Does this sister mean if actors want roles of a doctor or a lawyer, they need to go to Medical School or a Law School? I mean horse riding, dancing are required in every other film its good but to train in a speciality till this extent? Not like every film he would be a an astronaut! Can't his sisters stop using his name for limelight.

Poor SSR . Imagine having mental health issues and then having to deal with such an ignorant manipulative sister on top of it.

Errrr....he also 'bought' land on the moon. What does she have to say about that? I wonder when people would stop milking his death. If u had given a shit about him when he was alive he probably wouldn't have done it. This lady is a disgrace to sisterhood.

“Training at NASA was an incomparable experience” says Sushant Singh Rajput | freepressjournal - https://www.freepressjournal.in/cmcm/training-at-nasa-was-an-incomparable-experience-says-sushant-singh-rajput

Why would anyone go to medical school for doctors role, maybe hospital, so at least they wont show checking pulse to determine pregnancy, donate blood by putting one wire at the patient and another at the donor, push chest or slap to bring back dead and etc etc

That’s like me interviewing for a job at google saying “but I’m the only software engineer here who is trained in kathak” 😒 both are great qualifications but why is one relevant to the other?

This whole thing that started since the sushanths incident about ridiculing peoples academic levels or lack thereof, is irritating

Stupid sisters still feeding on to the SSR bots.

It depends on the movie. Many actors do get basic training to play astronaut or any other profession. Many Hollywood actors have been trained at NASA. Some do it because production budget allows it and it's fun. I mean who would miss a chance? Sushant actually spent his own money. More than "character prep" it was mostly curiosity and fun for him. He didn't flaunt it as some sort of achievement like these people are doing.

I do agree it isn't some sort of achievement though. He did it because he had the money and excuse to do it.

Also let the sisters tweet anything they want. It's not like they are tagging anyone. You find them annoying then just ignore what they are doing. What difference does it make? It's harmless. It's like people just need a reason to pick on him even after his death.

No it's not really the same. An actor is a profession that may not really require academic qualifications but experience does matter. And it's not method acting. An actor playing a musicians must at least know how to handle a musical equipment, an actor playing a doctor must at least know medical terms and their meaning and how one must handle medical equipments, an actor playing a soldier must at least know how to handle weapons and so on. It doesn't hurts if an actor goes out if his/her way and does a little bit of more research about the profession they are playing. It does reflects in their performance and helps it.

If not a little bit of research and training then what would an actor do? Sit at home and memorize the script?

As zoya akhtar would say….just act…that’s the job description…

Whatever u do to help ur act is your own personal choice and space …u could feel like u will have the confidence to play a musician only if u learn and play bethovans symphony…others might just be ok with acting as per the directors instructions and hitting keys on the piano as directed ….the former is not a more “valid” approach than the latter …

There is no harm in learning whatever u want to learn

But knowledge is to flaunt the right skill on the right platform/ space ….where it holds a certain relevance…

Yeah just act. And there is a certain preparation needed to do that convincingly. There is much more to a performance than just expressions and dialogues. Like I said it depends on the movie and the character. Also flaunting is part of PR of all actors. It's not relevant if an actor is a fashion diva or well spoken or well educated or famous internationally or most rich or most generous. Yet fans of particular actors celebrate them for these things🤷‍♀️ also put down others for not being as cool or "successful" as their fav. It's annoying I agree but that's how it rolls.

Also it's harmless. It's not like Sushant his is declaring himself as genius or out of this world intelligent. It's some of his fans and you will find such people in every fandom. About his sister retweeting such things then she is his sister who takes pride in everything her brother has achieved or done, let her do what she wants. It hurts no one.
