IMO, if it comes after KBC, it'll actually do better (especially if Sony are smart enough to do IPZN promos during the 90 odd minutes that KBC airs for). There's an element of synergy between KBC and IPZN's audiences (I'd say the synergy would've been higher between KBC and YUDKBH, but still, some of the viewers will definitely translate into IPZN fans)
9 & 9.30 are very competitive slots- I'm pretty sure this show will fare better at 10.30 (where the only real competition is probably YHC on Star.)
And OTT would be good, but will probably mean a budget reduction, which I don't think Gul's PH will take.
I'll be honest, I don't completely understand the competition over time slots, perhaps because I never really follow the ratings of any shows as closely to get it. I do think though that airing it after KBC might actually be slightly beneficial for the show for the same reasons you mention.
Sony doing IPZN promos: not expecting anything there. I was looking at both Sony's Twitter and IG page updates over the last month and the amount of IPZN promos are disappointingly less than other things they shared. Like I said earlier, their IG page has two highlights dedicated exclusively to KUDCA while none for IPZN which makes no sense to me.
Bold: That's my concern too. Gul's PH can do budget cuts if they want to but I don't think they'd like that so OTT seems unlikely, even though I personally wish they did the shift--this whole TRP thing is such a headache man
