I was not too keen on Takht just wanted kjo to work with ranveer as a director😛

I do not understand all the KJo hate...well yeah I do...& is not on him but on peoples own insecurities/resentments...and that is a whole nother chapter...

BUT you all do realize that Bollywood and all the other filmy woods are a huge industry that produce revenue for not just a handful of people but for a Lot of behind the scenes people, like transportation, food services etc...etc...etc.. and that KJo for whatever pecadillos he may have committed, has also contributed a lot to the advancement and the development of a better, more globally competitive industry for a nation that is striving to leave behind a "third world" image/place and become a competitive world power in all areas... (save the nepo blabber please-it ain't all as haters paint it and it is not what I am referring to when I call him a key-positive contributor).

ALSO

There IS still a semi pan demic all over the world and the international locations (Italy or whatever place he was going to use) are still not OPEN to the public and it is touch and go, so some countries/locations/attractions may not be open or only partially open, getting ground crews and transporting equipment, or catering etc..etc..etc.. is a pain in the bee-hind.

Shelving a big expensive project for a later time when circumstances are more feasible or the odds in your favor are better IS a smart business move.

I don't know where most of you hang out but where I do, I look around and the post pandemic world is moving and people are consuming goods in a frenzy BUT all products are a lot more expensive and it is starting to make my radar bleep...with a red dot of concern of a couple-three bubbles bursting and the s... hitting the fan...so seriously it ain't the time to be spending oodles of crores on a project that is like a coin...it can only land after flipping, in one of two ways...

This man should take a BREAK! Write something even like KKKG & stop obsessing over 'today's student' kinda movie.

People were not as judgemental or trying to fault in everything as they do today but at least enjoyed his movies starring SRK-Kajol.

I must be in the small minority or maybe even the only person who was actually looking forward to this movie. 😆 The cast is [mostly] great and the story is interesting and most importantly, it's not written by KJo, which means the script has a chance. I also really just want to see Kareena and Ranveer onscreen together for once.

Oh well...guess it'll be years till it happens...much to everyone's happiness and my dismay lol
