I'm glad YRKKH handled it well, I haven't seen the show, but it sounds promising. I remember Ishqbaaz did a #MeToo track, I was no longer following the show, but when I heard about it, I decided to watch, and I was quite put off by how they handled it.
Too many shows use sexual assault or sexual harassment as a 'shock and awe' moment. I mean, one cliched scene which I'm sick and tired of is the girl being harassed on some lonely road by a group of men. guy arrives out of no where, fight sequence followed by marham-patti romance because boy gets injured. You can't make the FL go through such traumatic incidents just for the sake of random romance, and then forget it completely.
