@bold- Exactly!! Ani's chilled out behaviour felt so out of character and that whole ride just felt very out of place for a pre independent era show.

I honestly expected Ani to be a bit firm and ask her to sit back again. Him being okay with everything she was doing felt a bit weird that too after the way Ani has been portrayed post leap. He doesn't have to be rude but thoda strict and firm hosakta hai

I wish they understood this issue and stopped with the modern music

I was waiting for Ani to literally snap the moment she came front and started falling over him. Kaka ya koi bhi bole... this guy isn't one to control itna zyaada if purana wala Aniruddh mar chuka hai toh

Aniruddh ka kya chalra hai pata nai.. I feel the writers are changing him according to their whims and plot requirements.

Bon was sitting behind ani as she had always done(it was mentioned also ki bon hamesha peeche peeche chalegi in today's episode in another scene)

But later she came and sat beside him symbolising ki initially this relationship was run by ani but now bon will be equal to him instead of walking behind him.

But it wasn't about legal proceedings at all. It was the act of annulling the marriage in that time that was significant. Ani did ask her consent during that time in front of everyone. And they did it in front of important people from all around who were like the witnesses. Moreover legal proceedings may have been done in background, maybe they just didn't feel its important enough to show how of the divorce.

And I did like this move of breaking off the wedding because now Rudhita are free individuals who can choose who they want to be with and are not obligated to choose each other only or stay together because of their marriage. And it did send across a good message because the leads themselves broke off their marriage as its a societal evil

ani was staring at her,giving him hand,mtouching her comfortably anf all

if bon does this with someone-will ani like this

he hurt his bondta in burtal eay and bon cares for ani and rc family and no onbe is biothered to know how is elder bon,how is she in her life
