Honestly, I feel like he is aware he has fallen in love with her thus keeps escaping 😆

But how would he know he has fallen in love when he has not met her for 8 years. He never felt that way for her in the past. Honestly though sometimes I did feel he had something extra for Bon when she was young, can't really say cuz his emotions are confusing and complex. Ani seriously has a different and peculiar way of showing his emotions. I think that is another reason why BB is unique cuz there is a sense of balance and mystery. Ani is mysterious when it come to his feelings and Bon is an open book cuz she can never really hide the way she feels atleast until now.

Yes. There is a shift in his side.. Bon hasn't changed and her speech, behavior, everything has been same. Usko bas Sakha babu hi pata hai aur rahega for a while... however, Aniruddh seems to be disturbed with the fact that she has grown up 😆

In his memories lies choti bon and in his present is badi bon who is wreaking a havoc on his heart.

It's similar to the pleasant emotion that was invoked when Bon shyily said his full name, Anirudh Roy Chowdhury over call.

I really liked hearing her say it too. Reminded me of the promise Ani made to Kaka that ek din yeh ladki sabke samne mera naam legi.

Got attracted to the promo and ended up binge watching the entire series.

Honestly though....tell me one thing. Anirudh's entire family; aren't they too melodramatic?

His entire character arc shows him blowing things out of proportion or blowing up at someone. And right after leap his uncle declared him dead on the episode when he was running around driving a pink car🤦

I think its just that he himself never introspected much about his feelings for Bondita. Though he would have never seen her romantically but his love and care for her was very deep. She was the only one he connected with so much and was ready to go to any lengths to make sure she gets a good and happy life. He did everything for her selflessly without expecting anything in return. Itna koi kisi ke liye tabhi kar sakta hai when you love a person to that extent. But I guess he never thought about it as love or anything because the marriage itself was like a sin to him. He is a very principled and upright man, So it must be very conflicting for him.

But in these 8 years without Bondita being in front of him he may have reflected back on his feelings and what she really meant for him. And distance always makes heart grow fonder. He may have missed her immensely all these years and realised how empty his life is without her presence

I doubt this idiot would even realize his feelings if it came and slapped him on the face.. he is too much of a drama king to accept anything easily.

I agree with this.

I have seen a show with similar dynamics before and that couple had taken a permanent place in my heart till now.

After that show, BB is the only show where I have seen such a beautiful bond.

Such love stories are rare to be found and even more rarely created. It is beyond the normal definition of love and friendship.

Then why is he avoiding her and worse hurting her so much. Technically she is not from krishnangar if she decides to move out and sumati was not from krishnanagar... only her dad was and he een moved out after he married sumati.. How can Ani say she is from krishnanagar?

I just realised one thing after my BB binge.

This family is a full on drama company. And I think makers got confused about the FL 😂

Because as far as I see, Anirudh is the Ideal ITV OTT FL. I mean...I had an overdose of his long lectures and emotional decisions 🙆🙆

I like Bondita, both the younger actor and the elder one. The casting is so perfect that it feels like she grew up.

Anirudh's fashion sense though 🤦
