According to the Indian penal code if male/female are married they can't get into a second marriage until or unless the spouse dies/divorce. Mandar has been dead for 2 years so, the marriage can't be annulled.

PS: Please don't think I am being rude. Actually we already had this discussion here a month back in EDT. If you don't mind may I ask you to discuss about this in EDT? This thread is for One Shot and if episodic opinion is posted here people would start discussing the show instead of the OS. But I agree to whatever you have said that is why I believe Mandaar will come back as a doppelganger or if real Mandaar comes back he might have had a marriage before Pallavi orelse what could be so important to leave your newly married wife alone on first night?
