I have no issues with the continuity part. .we have seen so much more worse..
But giving my opinion on Adi and Rupi di scene..IMO it was handled well.,,Yes we have no idea when Imlie spoke to Adi and would have loved to see that conversation but thank god for small mercies- Adi atleast mentioned that Imlie told him...! I think they get a point for that.
Now coming to the question why the Rupi di and Adi discussion today- when has Imlie ever told him before leaving and everytime she is this quite- Adi has become nervous. Imlie was so broken and voiced it too in all words possible that basically just showed that the guilt is overriding her. Hell she even did not speak to her Amma. Yes Adi promised her...but he also knows Imlie has the power to take decisions, a strong sense of self determination...if he is an alpha male...Imlie is border line alpha female too (if there is anything like that)! Again this is just my understanding..:)
And I think this is where makers played a game....Adi-manus nervousa gaya hai...fandom ke theories shuru!!
I was thankful that we got that i know - i know you know scene😆 Mujhe toh uski bhi koi hope nai thi..
I think i have a different perspective about Rupi didi. While some felt her knowing the truth was useless as she was not confronting Aditya about it, i felt that she was being respectful of Aditya's personal space and waiting for him to tell her. Meanwhile she was silently supporting imlie, being a true sister to imlie to the best of her ability.
Today she was worried that something must have gone wrong and offered him support. For the first time Aditya opened up so freely in front of a family member😆
That just shows how deeply worried he was. Aditya's greatest fear is losing Imlie. Right now imliya is struggling with a mountain of guilt, so he is worried that she might dump him lok kalyan ke liye.
What she needs to know is that family wont treat her any differently even after knowing the truth. So i think Rupi , Nishant and Pallo and the rest of t-gang can help to boost imliya's confidence together. Imlie needs to know that while some people judge her based on her illegitimacy, many people don't really care. She is enough.
