I think the last part might be real - I don't think Raghav knows that his confession was recorded in Pallu's phone. In a way I am happy if Pallavi knows the truth from Raghav instead of crooked story from Ved. Maybe that is why both are in bed angry - the bts that came. At least the truth is out then you can deal with the aftermath.

I'm thinking it can go 2 ways. One Pallu finds out and we have precap as seen.

or Two-RR accidently sees the recording on Pallavis phone but can't delete it in time as he gets interrupted. Then later he has a hallucination of her finding out about what he said.

If it really is a hallucination then I have a feeling like it will go something like the above^^
