I loved the scene in Tuesday's episode where Fateh gets over happy at saying Chameli ki Shaadi and Tejo teases him about it. It gave me very friends vibe and reminded me of a time my best friend was able to get over his breakup and be super happy about it. I thought I would right a small OS on when Jasmine finally comes with Gippy. As it is clear, am a Fatejo fan, Jasmine is way too immature for me and I don't have tolerance for such selfish people in real or reel life.

Chameli ki Shaadi
Everyone is busy playing Dumb charades when Jasmine walks into the home while Gippy parks the car. Fateh is busy laughing at something Tejo has teased him about when he sees her tense up and follows her eyes, unknowingly grabbing her wrist in the process to remove her stress.
Fateh (thinking): Jas.. Matlab Chameli, yaha? Tejo ji ne toh kaha tha woh yaha nai hogi. Thinking this, Fateh turns to look at Tejo's face, surprised to see Jasmine.
Tejo tenses up sensing Fateh turning her head, (thinking): Jasmine yaha pe? Pakka ab Fateh yehi soch raha hoga ki mujhe pata tha and maine jaanke yeh kiya jisse usko chot pahoche! Babaji yeh kya ho raha hai. Main kuch acha karne ka try kar rai hoon and yaha sab ulta pulta hi ho raha hai.
Fateh sees a million emotions cross Tejo's face but gets most surprised when he senses fear, he turns towards Tejo, forgetting about the ones around him, and just like the night with ice creams, grabs both her hands in his hands, "Tejo ji, kya hua? Aap thik toh hai na? Kya hua ek dum se?"
Everyone looks away from Jasmine and turns towards Tejo in fear, but are surprised to see her eyes well up while she looks at Fateh. Seeing her tears, Fateh leaves her hands and puts his hands on her cheeks, "Kya hua Tejo ji? Batao toh".
Tejo sobs and gets up, ready to run when Fateh holds her hand, "Tejo ji! Aap mere saath aao." He turns towards everyone, "Ik minute! Aap log Cha.. mera matlab hai apni beti se miliye, hum abhi aate hai". and takes her to Adhiraj's room.
He locks the door and turns towards Tejo, again holding her hands, "Kya hua Tejo ji? Aap kyu ro rae ho? I know Chameli ko yaha dekhke shocked ho aur... Oh shit! Kahin aapko uski baatein toh yaad nai aa rai? Kya isiliye aap dukhi ho rae ho? Uffo! Chodonga nai uss Chameli ko, Shadaein tak ko rula gayi woh!"
Tejo looks at Fateh in shock, "Tum gussa nai ho mujhse?". Fateh looks surprised, "Gussa? Main aapse gussa kyu honga? Aapne thodi uss Chameli ko kuch kaha hai, jabki kehna chaiye tha aapko!"
Tejo just blinks at Fateh and looking down, says in a small voice, "Kyunki tumhe lag raha hoga ki mujhe pata tha Jas, I mean Chameli yaha aaegi" "Ohho Shadaein!". Fateh puts his forehead on Tejo's forehead and gets her hands a little higher, "Tejo ji, apni galti ke liye sau baari maafi maangta hoon! Galti ho gayi thi ji jo aapke upar gussa kiya uss din. Shaq toh uss din bhi nai tha, ki aapka koi bhi haath tha shaadi tootne mein, par aapko pata hai na main kitna bada ghadha ho? Uss waqt gusse mein tha aur kuch bhi bol gaya tha. Mujhe pata hai ki aap aisa kuch kar hi nai sakti! Aur agar thoda bhi shaq hota na, toh woh bhi baaki sabki shocked shakle dekhke samaj jaata."
Tejo opens her eyes and stares at Fateh, and asks in a small voice, "Pakka na? Tumhe mujhpe bharosa hai na?" and Fateh replies with a smile, "Haan! Apni best friend pe mujhe pura bharosa hai! Aap please ab rona aur darna band karo. Aap daatti hui and ungli dikhati hui hi achi lagti ho, yeh rondu si surat ke saath nai." and Tejo starts chuckling at this, which warms Fateh's heart as well. Tejo tells Fateh that he can leave and she will come with Adhiraj, "I know tumhare liye yeh bahut mushkil hoga, please tum ghar jao, mujhe Adhiraj chodd dega.". Fateh smiles at her concern, "Na ji! Hum saath aae the, saath hi jaenge, aur jab aap saath ho toh kuch bura ho hi nai sakta! Ab smile karo, aansu pocho and chalo!"
As his habit had now become, he holds Tejo's hand and walks out of the room.
Meanwhile, in the drawing room everyone had been bombarding Jasmine with questions, with Rupi and Satti getting angry each minute, "Besharam ladki! Tujhe Mama ke ghar rehne ko bola tha na? Kyu aai hai yaha? Aur koi tamasha karne?".
Jasmine keeps scowling at them, turning her plan in her head: Aap logo ko kya lagta hai? Fateh mujhe bholkar aapki Tejo ka pati ban jaega? Jo ladka mera gulaam ho, woh Tejo jaisi ko pasand karega. Sawaal hi nai paida hota! Aane do abhi Fateh ko aur Gippy ko. Jaise hi bataongi kaun hai woh, Fateh ne Tejo ko chodke mere pass aana hai aur mere pero mein gir jaana hai mere pyaar ki bheek maangne ke liye. Dekhte rahena. "Arre mummy! Bolne toh do! Main aapke birthday pe aapko kisi se milwana chahti thi, isliye aai hoon!"
Gippy, Fateh and Tejo walk in at the same time. Jasmine sees how comfortable Fateh and Tejo are holding hands, but sees the tear marks on Tejo's face and rejoices internally: Dekha Tejo, mere aate hi Fateh ne tereko teri jagah dikhadi na? Tune usko rok kar rakha hai na uska haath pakad kar, dekh abhi kaise tera haath jhatak ke aata hai mere paas, sabke saamne! "Mummy papa, isse milo, yeh hai Gippy. Kannada ka hai, Mamaji ne milwaya mereko isse." Jasmine looks at Fateh and says, "Aur main isse shaadi karke Kannada jaane ki soch rai hoon, agle hi mahine. Isiliye aapse milwana chahti thi!" She smirks at Fateh, waiting for the inevitable.
Tejo looks at Fateh scared: Ab Fateh pakka Jasmine ke paas jaega ya yaha mujhe akela chodke ghar jaega. Babaji itni mehnat karke Fateh ke chehre pe muskaan lauti thi aur ab yeh! Fateh on the other hand is looking at Jasmine but not noticing the smirk: Jasmine ki shaadi? Woh bhi ek mahine mein? Itna zyaada asaan tha uske liye? Shayad pyaar tha hi nai uski taraf se, uske liye sirf aur sirf Canada ka visa tha main, aur woh nai, toh main aur mera pyaar bhi nai! Kya hi expect kar raha tha main, ki Jasmine regret kar rai hogi? Jasmine ko samaj aaya hoga ki usne kya kiya hai aur ab usko dimaag lagana chaiye? Par main bhi kya hi soch raha ho, Jas, nai nai uffo, Chameli aur dimaag lagae? Tejo ji sahi hi kehti hai, move on karne mein hi khushi hai, jabse isko Chameli bulana shuru kiya hai, tabse gussa aur dard sambhalna easy bhi hai.
Fateh zones back in, in time to hear Gippy say, "Ji abhi meri behen se milna rehta hai, bas unhe bhi Jas pasand aa jae, toh hum shaadi karke nikal jaenge" Jasmine jumps in, "Haan! Jasmine ki Shaadi hogi aur Jasmine ki shaadi ke baad woh yaha se duur chali jaegi!" She keeps emphasising this to get a rise out of Fateh, who now back in his "Chameli" phase, starts replacing Jasmine's name with Chameli in his head.
Fateh leaves Tejo's hand and while Tejo looks at that sadly, Jasmine gives a triumphed smile to Fateh and a smirk to Tejo: Dekha Tejo! Fateh sirf aur sirf mera hai. Usko teri koi fikar nai hai. Woh sirf mera gulaam hai! Sirf mujhse pyaar karta hai!. Suddenly Fateh puts one hand on his mouth and another on his stomach and bursts out laughing.
Everyone looks at him weirdly, with the elders in the family staring at him with fear about what is going to happen. Tejo looks around and trying to pull Fateh's hand to make him stop, "Fateh! Yeh kya kar rae ho? Hass kyu rae ho aise?". Fateh turns towards Tejo, while laughing, "Arre Tejo ji! Aapne hi toh guess kiya tha, Chameli ki Shaadi! 🤣"
Tejo tries to look at him sternly but soon gets caught up and starts laughing with him, both of them holding each other to stop the other from falling over while laughing, while everyone just keeps looking at them trying to figure out what is happening, and Jasmine is fuming at her plan failing and Fatejo laughing together!
