But I think in IPK, even the coercive marriage track was shot BEAUTIFULLY, the shock on Shyam and everyone at home.. the mandir flashbacks. How Arnav & Khushi were feeling at the time. The bgm was chilling.

It had a very good shock value indeed.

I don’t see a second marriage track for IPZN unless we get a long separation between the leads; and it could also be for Savitri’s sake. Maybe, Raj-Sonu ; Ahaan - Ishqi will get remarried together the second time round.

If u ask about hate marriage in IPK we fandom was happy because only ASR could save Khushi from Shyam's clutches... That marriage was a "protection" for Khushi , even though poor girl could not even understand why was she ill-treated like that ( it was that painful for Khushi ,but fandom wasn't hating ASR fully even though we bashed him 😆... we could feel Arnav's pain too)

HERE in Ishqaan wedding they are getting married happily with consent in a resort with few people around and no trust with each other

It's like Ahaan is getting married to get some action

Gul showed second marriage in IPK,IB, Dil bole Oberoi etc.....

So if IPZN is going to run long she may show a separation track and another proper wedding

Oh yes, the way she looks at Daadi.. its quite apparent from her behaviour and expressions that she isn't happy. Even when she gave her blessings to Ishqi... it seemed that even Ahaan noticed as well and probably that's the reason he went and sat with Daadi.. Shaadi hote hi rona shuru kar dia.. pls don't make this difficult for me.

The character growth and progression is unlike I have ever seen on ITV. Arnav's character is the most nuanced I have ever seen on any hindi show. Even the forced marriage; it was extremely wrong/unjust - I felt bad for both of them.. how far he went to protect his sister.. as history repeated itself and he could not save his mother. IPZN - Ahaan's barbaad karna made zero sense to me. He had no right there.

I would still choose Arnav over Ahaan - because of the extent to which Arnav goes to protect when he does; someone who can sacrifice everything.

I don't mean to get into this debate because I believe shows work differently for everyone based on their perspectives.

But, even if his reaction makes sense - how is it fair to Khushi? Can we really justify him for ruining someone's life to protect his sister?

Sacrificing himself is okay. Sacrificing someone else's life for the sake of your family is quite not okay for me.

It was arranged-marriage for her with a good family stable guy. Mayank looked decent at first so she agreed. Thats why I said she is practical. She has been mostly alone all her life, struggled a lot so she doesnt have many expectations. She has this inner filmy desire to have a love story, that's why she wanted to fall in love with Mayank before marriage but she knows it doesn't happen always. Ishqi had a dialogue on similar lines where she said her kind of love exists only in the story but still she desires kaash usko bhi mile aisa pyar. As she lost most of the people in her life, she has very low expecations from others adn knows she can be left alone anytime. She made herself strong enough to endure that pain.

She is not 100% sure for marraige with Ahaan. But she is more than 50% sure so she decided to go ahead.
