U refer to the Movies I should think, is it not?!! (else both of these lil girls dont qualify as beautiful!)
in the films..well Emma is definitely damn good looking...But I find Evanna a lot more cuter and attractive. so My vote goes to Evanna Lynch aka Luna Lovegood 😃

i will go for fleur and luna...fleur coz though she was beautiful but her nature was good...we c that at the end of book6 and thru out book 7 when she wholeheartedly supports weasleys in their time of crisis...esp when harry and frens were stayin at her place...
luna because dont know y bust i just like her 😆
