Best thing for skin is double cleansing with cleansing oil/balm. DHC deep cleansing oil, Tatcha, Cleanzero or any other which emulsifies when you wash it. Not coconut oil n all.

Toner: I love thicker Toner - Hadalabo premium, I use 2layers in summer and in winter maybe more layers. Since I dont really like or need thick moisturizers. Don't use Alcohol ones or astringents.

Use chemical exfoliant. AHA,BHA.

Moisturizer - Since I have oily skin I like gel type like Neutrogena Hydro Boost.

Sunscreen is the most important esp in India. Love Biore one.

I have used raw onion juice and mixed it with castor oil for hair before washing.

Its good for hair growth.

Onion juice didn’t worked for me tbh. It made my hair extremely frizzy.

Probably doesn't suit everyone.

I applied it on my roots with hair oil.. I think it worked really well on my hair, I was also using only reetha, shikakai and amma to wash my hair (no chemicals - no shampoo).

Anyone got any tips for hair fall? Like pretty sure my hair fall isn't coming under normal anymore. The thickness is gone. Do I take vitamins, or see a doctor/pharmacist? Idk it's really irritating.

Also I have quite dry skin and from a few months I am seeing increase of grain like stuff over cheeks. Not like.pimple but these will grow and remain there. There is no dietary changes or anything. Can it be lack of sun, from Feb onwards it's completely WFH and not even 1 min of sun. I am just blabbering idk 😆😭

If its out of the ordinary.. way too much. I think you should see a doctor.

Also, get vitamin B12 test done.. especially if you are a vegetarian.

Is your hair chemically treated?

Forget Aishwarya, I want to know what Gauhar Khan, Aamna Shariff, Bhagyashree, Sangeeta Bijlani do to their skin. None of them look older than what I remember from 20 years ago. I thought lighter skin aged faster but they all have very similar skin tones and look the same as before. It looks like they have had no work done at all which is what everyone wants
