I miss Mumbai 😭

I haven't been there in years.

To be frank, when I saw some of Ekta's earlier shows (KZK 1 in particular), I got the impression this was a person who hated the concept of marriage and therefore made an absolute mockery of it in her shows. I think Anurag went Komolika-Prerna-Aparna and possibly Sampada (?) in it.

I'm no one to question anybody's personal life choices, but her decisions on that front IRL only seem to reinforce my thoughts that she really dislikes the concept.

Ekta aur Gul serials Mai hi itne hidden twist dalte hai. No one would actually be able to figure them out in real life.🤭

Aur Jo interviews dete hai wo khud kehte hai ya kisine aur ne likh k Diya hai wo Janna hai mujhe😆.

that interview just feels duur duur because of the chairs. carefully suno. its so endearing.

waise bhi i dont think param has noticed so much and done itni tareef of anyone ever.

You have a point. But I also thought she just keeps separating her leads to drag the story for no reason, most of her shows get illogical after a certain point - and as far as I can remember, they never get married to the person they love in first attempt.. they get married to someone else and the ML itself changes. 😆

Oh, and the sound effects are too much. Most episodes are filler to just keep the viewer on edge. The viewer would just keep on waiting forever for the leads to actually meet. 🤣

Apart from Hum Panch - I think she really put effort in making Jodha Akbar. The usual Ekta effects and drama were there - but it was toned down a notch than most of her shows.

I used feel so bad for Anurag. It indeed looked like she hatesd institution of marriage or just hated Anurag's character.

When I was younger I also lived in Panvel, it isn't Mumbai but not too far off. I quite liked that town.

My Grandma tells me, they had a big house in central Bombay years ago.. , and it was all greenery at the time - no crowd.. almost like a jungle.
