Okay I felt a wee bit bad for Shagun today. He asked her to choose and broke their alliance and in front of her whole heartedly supporting Anokhi and her career and education.

I would have felt bad for her if it was Shagun 1.0 actually. But when she made an innocent girl a target of her misguided planning and plotting I lost all the sympathy and respect I had for her.

I completely agree that Shaurya was so wrong the way he treated her. But, she wasn’t honest with him either. She sprung the news on his face last minute after agreeing to all his so called conditions. If she had self respect she should have never agreed to his conditions and once she did, she shouldn’t have lied her way through it. Having said that, she still didn’t deserve to be treated the way she was, nor did her family. But, I am glad that Shaurya did apologize to her. The minute she came back, he did.

But, I don’t feel bad for her. She chose to chase a man, who doesn’t love her, chose to chase a man who belongs to someone else and did all she could to make another girls life miserable who had nothing to do with all this. If she hadn’t plotted against Anokhi, I would have definitely felt bad for her. But the minute she drugged Anokhi, I lost any and all sympathy for her.

The crux of the show is here. The development of Shaurya's character was shown in today's episode , he didnt hesitate for a second before telling her to go and give exam.

Today nobody can say that Shaurya changed overnight because he didnt . It took 161 episodes to reach where he is today

I know this is not something new that a dulhan is going to give exam on her wedding day in itv , but the execution is different and nobody can challenge saakk on this. Here dulhan came to the mandap , discussed with her husband and her husband is ready to wait for her at madap for her to go give exam and come back.

This is nayi soch for old track and I am proud to say that the show I signed up for is excelling its content even after 160 episode.

Anokhi's dailogue at the last part is something that everyone should listen and understand that women are all rounder and they can manage anything and everything 💙

So true!! The writers maintained the main premise of the show, yet showed how beautifully the characters have evolved. Both Shaurya and Anokhi. I can’t believe it is an ITV show sometimes. Touchwood!

This is the actual nayi soch. Women who don’t have to be tyag ki Devi or sharam ki moorat! They can be brave enough to fight for their rights and bold enough to say that aloud in front of the world.

This is the nayi soch, where a man doesn’t allow or give permission to his wife to live her dreams, but stands by her and supports her in every step!!

How beautifully they have built the story and tied it with the original promo of the show. Big round of applause to the writers, directors and the whole team who didn’t let the essence of the show spoil, regardless of whatever pressure they felt from the channel.

@bold/underline: Shaurya apologized first chance he got!! And that was before he started anything with Anokhi. We supported Shagun until she started pulling her antics!

I liked her dialogue of concern when she saw Anokhi on the ladder. But as soon as she saw Anokhi as a threat, she went after her mercilessly.

Our Anokhi ran from the mandap.... ran with total haq and with the goodwill of her husband and family 🤩😍And when they played the (almost) whole version of Jugni.. I was flying!! 🙌🙌😁 Here’s to more Nayi Soch, more Shauryas and Anokhis 🍾🥂 😍🤩

I know right? There is definitely drama on the show but that drama also seems so real. And how beautifully that whole scene was shot, no zooming in on faces, no triple look reactions. Anokhi explained the situation and Shaurya so casually told her to go give the exams and come.
No drama. No lengthy dialogues or lectures. Seedhi baat no bakwaas.

And you are right I was so happy they showed the utawla Shaurya, and then the contrast of him standing tall to support his wife. That shows how the character of Shaurya evolved so beautifully.

And Anokhi though she ran from her mandap to her dreams again but with the full cheering of her husband and family. Coz she has also evolved and learned to trust her parent and communicate with him.

Their journey into love has been as beautiful as their character growth. 😍😍

And yes!! I was thrilled to hear the Jugni song almost completely today!!! 😍😍

Yes! Truly loved yesterday’s episode. We don’t need toxic, manipulative drama. We have enough of that $hit going around. The writers deciding to show what needs to change in society and how people need to support this change is awesome stuff. Also, Love all the references and parallels we keep getting . Ugh so glad I clicked on this show on Hotstar and decided to give it a try.. so happy to be fangirling with you all! 🤗❤️

@bold: I liked that they treaded the line between permission and support. Anokhi made up her mind to attend the exam, but her concern was hurting her PS. So seeing his support, she ran towards SIAC. I’m glad it wasn’t like he gave her permission to attend the exam!
