I said “not yet”. You said every actor has a bad phase when someone talked about Ranbir’s bad phase. The future is unknown but as of yet, when compared with Ranbir, they haven’t had gone through a bad phase yet.

Despite the flops, even to this day there's a buzz when she's in a movie. I think as long as the buzz and interest stays, she will keep getting movies.

Alia is currently going through a bad phase - she had the widely mocked Kalank, Sadak 2 and she's been so hated on after the SSR case that she had to close comments. She completely lost all the respect she had built.

And Ayushman isn't really a big star anyway. He's being going through a flop phase currently too with the gay movie - Shubh Mangal and the OTT dump Gulabo Sitabo which was a really bad movie too.

He was literally in the beginning stages of his career at that time, no? Bad phase is when one has seen a high and then there is a lull for a few years or movies?

About Alia, what respect are you talking about anyway? It’s very fickle in this field. People will start singing her praises the moment she has a couple of successful releases.

Huh? Point is everyone goes through low phases. Ranveer became a star with his first movie and then went through the doldrums for a while. Same happened to Hrithik.

Alia is currently going through a crappy phase. Obviously she will bounce back and get praised again when she has a successful release. That's the case with everyone. She's not special in that regard.

Ayushman is one of those actors who's just kind of around and doing his own thing. It's not like anyone really compares him to the big stars. He's in the stable middle space where there are no great expectations anyway.

Lootera didn’t do well at the box office but Ranveer got the best reviews of his career from that movie. Then right after he came out with Ram Leela. Gunday was a semi hit so that doesn’t count. Then Kill Dill was a flop but he came out with DDD & Bajirao Mastani right after so that’s not a bad phase.

Ayushaman’s Shubh Mangal was a semi hit, which is huge in itself because no lead actor has played an openly gay character that too with gay scenes. The classes and masses love Ayushman which is why he has been consistently delivering hits over the past years. Gulabo may be unsuccessful but it does not mean a bad phase.

Alia is in the bad phase territory yes I agree with you but she hasn’t been declared over, in fact people are looking forward to Gangubhai.
